Our photos are intended to give a complete and transparent view of the property. The greenery photo of the lanai is provided so guests know what it looks like when seated outdoors, while other listing photos clearly show the parking lot adjacent to the condo to ensure expectations are set accurately. For pool access, the listing highlights the pools that are available, and we also include aerial images to help guests understand both the property layout and proximity to the beach and our office. Regarding parking, passes are issued by the property association, and the replacement cost is the same as what we are charged if a pass is displaced. We always recommend keeping the pass in the vehicle to avoid any inconvenience, and we’ll certainly share your suggestion with the association.
