The small Avesnois castle, a characterful residence built in 1900, is located in Avesnes sur Helpe in a green setting in the heart of the town.
You can arrive on foot from the train station located 5 minutes away (300 meters) and reach the city center in less than 10 minutes.
For vacationers, you can enjoy the richness of the Avesnois landscape and its numerous walks as well as the Val Joly leisure center located 25 minutes by car

Located on the second floor of this small castle steeped in history, this comfortable and fully equipped studio is strategically located to easily travel throughout Avesnois.
Ideal base for coming to work in the region, visiting family or coming to enjoy the countryside for a weekend or more.
Traveler access
Private access without going through the owner's accommodation, this room is equipped with all comforts as well as a private shower room with a WC.
The shared kitchen is equipped with two kitchenettes, each including a fridge, a double hotplate and a sink so that each of the two roommates can have their own space without disturbing each other. (see photos)

- 20 minutes from Maubeuge and its famous moonlight
- 25 minutes from Fourmies
