The space:
Beautiful and bright house located in the most picturesque part of Berkeley. It is located right on the Marine Circle, so you can enjoy the front yard overlooking the gorgeous fountain. The house has a bonus for the people with babies -- fully equipped baby room.

In total, there are four bedrooms and we provide one king bed, three queen beds, and one crib. The king bed is in the master bedroom with adjacent bathroom. First queen bed is in a separate full featured bedroom adjacent to the living room. Second queen bed is in the third full featured bedroom. Second bedroom can be converted into a baby room because it contains a crib suitable for infants and toddlers.

Kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary cooking equipment and appliances.

House is 1.3 miles from UC Berkeley campus -- 40 minutes walk or 10 min bus ride.

Guest access:
This is a two-unit property each with separate entrance. Guests have access to the upper unit, the front yard, and shared washer and dryer. You can also park one car on our driveway. Park on the left side of the driveway. The other side is reserved for the downstairs unit.

Other things to note:
Lower part of the house is a separate unit with a private entrance which is also rented through Airbnb.

Where you’ll be:
It is upscale but not up the hills, so you get walker's paradise and picturesque houses of Berkeley Hills. Walking distance to Gourmet Ghetto with best Berkeley restaurants, and Solano strip with a supermarket and lots of dining spots (check out Yelp! -- we also list some of our favorite spots in the Guidebook).

Getting around:
Direct bus to San Francisco (H) and to Berkeley BART (7) in front of the house. Buses (18 and FS) to downtown Berkeley and UC Berkeley campus.
