Cozy single-family home with 2 large bedrooms, 1.5 bath, upgraded kitchen with beautiful front/back yards for privacy and safety. This home is in a family-friendly neighborhood. Close to shops/stores/BART. Only 10 mins away (via freeway) to SF downtown, 2 mins to beautiful John McLaren Park with stunning hikes and views of the bay area, Crocker Amazon Playground and famous Glen Park district, 15 mins away to SFO. Perfect holiday retreat nested in nature and Bay Area get away. No smoking allowed.
The space
Two-car parking on driveway, 240V EV Charging (NEMA plug, bring your own charging cable), and extremely fast Wi-Fi available. We use solar panels to provide clean and renewable energy to our guests.

The upgraded kitchen includes stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, toaster, gas stove with oven, K-Cup coffee machine, and cookware.

Living room includes a nice power recliner sofa, electric fireplace and a big size 55” LED Roku TV.

Main bedroom includes a window with natural garden views, a nice 6-drawer dresser, one night stand, a huge wardrobe and closet, a queen size bed with new memory foam topper, soft pillows and cusions as well as a 32" LCD TV with Chromcast steaming device available. Guests may also access the nice backyard/garden via the deck.

Second bedroom includes a big window with garden/natural views, a full size bed, two night stands with lamps and a good size closet.

Main full bathroom includes a nice bath tub and stainless steel shower as well as a beautiful sink and mirror cabinet. Hand soap, boby wash and shampoo are also provided.

Half bath includes a mini sink and vent.

Garage has like new large front load Samsung washer and LG dryer with laundry supplies.
Guest access
Guest can only access the whole second floor, the laundry area in garage, front and back yard as well as parking cars on driveway.
Other things to note
We provide free masks, hand sanitizer and K-cup Peet's Coffee pods (regular and decaf) with creamer/sugar and disposable coffee cups daily. It's a great to start your morning with a nice cup of coffee!

Both mattresses are the firmest spring mattresses, however, we also have two brand new memory foam topper added to the queen size mattress when guests prefer soft mattress. If you prefer firm mattress, we can remove the topper in advance.

The water heater is a tanless water heater, so it will take a few minutes to deliver hot water. Thank you for your patience.
