Our home is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood in Citrus Heights. It is 12 minutes from I 80, 14 minutes from US 50, 26 minutes from Downtown Sacramento, and 25 minutes to Auburn. In the surrounding area, there are a multitude of parks, restaurants, shopping centers, outdoor activities, and so much more! We want to ensure that you have a pleasant and comfortable stay, and we assure you that these minor cosmetic blemishes and natural outdoor occurrences do not affect the functionality or overall experience of our property. Uber and Lyft are the best ways to get around if you do not have a car.
Extra Guest Fee- The nightly total includes up to 6 guests only. An extra guest fee of $25 per person, per night applies beyond the 6th guest.
Surveillance - We have a Ring security camera above the driveway. The device records audio and video 24/7.
The pool slide was REMOVED. and the pool is NOT HEATED.
Our pool service is on Monday and Thursday afternoons. Please expect our pool expert, Derek, to come through the gate and clean and service the pool. Usually, it takes about 15 mins.
Please take note of the cancelation policy. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance.
