This exquisitely charming and cozy 1300 square foot cabin is perfect for folks who want easy access to some of Prescott's premium back-country, but still be minutes from downtown Prescott and Whiskey Row. Nestled at the edge of Prescott in the Ponderosa Pines, the cabin has two queen sized bedrooms with queen beds. Leather Couch recliner in the front living area with plenty of windows, the cool pine-filtered light fills the open floor plan. The kitchen is fully outfitted with everything you'll need to make fresh coffee and cook the local farmers market bounty. The bathroom separating the bedrooms features a full bath with natural stone surrounds.
The surrounding land is fully fenced for your adventure-bound dog. The front door has a large dog door for access to their playground.
Perfectly situated with a 5 minute walk to 'Safeway' grocery store; 20 minute walk/4m drive to historic downtown, Whiskey Row & Courthouse Square and an 11 minute drive to Goldwater Lake up Senator Highway.
We welcome you in sharing this truly enchanting chateau !

The steep driveway requires an SUV or truck and is not for the faint of heart. If you have a sedan there is alternative parking provided down at street level. If you park at street level there are 20 stairs to walk up. If you park in the driveway, there are 7 stairs to walk up.

The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked. Beds were very comfortable and the cabin was very clean and organized. Our favorite part was the front porch. The veiw of the mountains was incredible. The only obstacle was parking but once we figured out there was a spot road level it was fine. I hoghly suggest staying here.

How was clean kitchen and bath were well stocked. Close to down town and easy 5 minute walk to a Safeway with a Starbucks. He wasn’t kidding about the steep driveway, but the on-street parking worked well. Copper Basin Road is a busy street, but the bedrooms are at the back of the house, so kids want an issue. Chris was very accommodating when we needed to adjust our schedule. Overall a great place to stay.

The location was great since it was just a little more than one mile from downtown, which was a good walk for us both days. The steep driveway is no joke! Therefore, the alternate parking option worked for us, other than the excessive ants on the path from the parking to the cabin. We ended up walking on the edge of the street to avoid the ants. The kitchen had nice appliances, dishes, etc. The beds were average; however, the sheets were cheap and scratchy. The worst part was the ants in the bathroom, especially around/in the tub. The cleaning fee seemed high given the small cabin and lack of dusting that had been done. We found lots of dust & dust bunnies in addition to the ants. However, it still met our needs for a unique space near downtown. The Safeway just a block away was a nice convenience as well.

This rustic cabin is awsome

This was the 4th time i stayed here. Enjoyed each time. The dog door is awsome. Great fenced yard. All the accommodation were great. I always stay here when in Prescott.

Well appointed cabin in great location! We really enjoyed staying in this comfortable property with our large dog. We enjoyed the fenced in yard and the outdoor areas for lingering. Loved our morning cuppa Joe in the Keurig.

Charming rustic cabin in great location

This cabin was perfect for my husband and I and our daughter and dog. It was clean with charming decor and equipped with everything we needed. Having the fenced yard and doggy door was a huge plus for us. Would definitely stay there again.

Cozy family cabin house

Hosts were friendly and house had everything you needed. We only left to wrestling matches and came back to house to cook and relax.

Great Spot

Great property!! I love the wide open feel to it and it was super cute. Kitchen had everything and then some!! The location couldn’t be beat and the neighborhood was awesome to walk the dogs around. Definitely recommend.
