Additional parking is available at the clubhouse on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Please note that buses, RVs, trailers, and boats are prohibited in the community and can't be parked overnight or the tow truck company will tow them.

▪ We provide seven (7) parking spots, available on the driveway
▪ Street or grass parking is not allowed. Vehicle will be towed
▪ If additional parking is required, there are spaces available near the club house on first come first serve basis
▪ Make sure you or your guest does not to block in any way the sidewalk nor park on the grass, you will get your vehicle towed. It is illegal by Florida State Law.

• To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.
• You must provide a credit card and a $500.00 hold will be placed on it and returned if no minor damage and smoking was detected

✔ Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $60.00, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
✔ BBQ Grill is $100.00 for your stay. Must be returned cleaned, if it is not cleaned a $50.00 cleaning fee will be charge.
