Offering plentiful windows and views of the neighboring woods, this three-bedroom condo in the popular Winterplace development at Okemo Mountain Resort is ideal for skiers and snowboarders alike. You'll be approximately 250 yards from the ski trail with a natural ski-back trail leading to the building.

Store your gear in the entry hall cubbies and make yourself at home in the open, light-filled living space. There's a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar and a dining room table, and a living room with a TV and a wood-burning fireplace. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and free WiFi are provided as well.

With seasonal community amenities that include an indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, and tennis and basketball courts, Winterplace is a wonderful spot to find both relaxation and adventure. There are two chair lifts that come up from the base lodge area and let out by Winterplace, while the trail leading back down to the base lodge from Winterplace is rated for beginners, making this a fantastic location for skiers of all skill levels.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great weekend ski getawat

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was the perfect size for our group. Its location offered a lot of flexibility — everyone could ski as much or as little as they wanted to, being able to ski in/out as they wished.

Birthday Ski Weekend

Perfect condo for a ski weekend to celebrate our son's birthday. Bunk beds were perfect for 4 active boys. Location was also perfect. Condo was well appointed and exactly as advertised. We will be back!

Great spot for family skiers

Very nice condo with great accommodations for families skiing Okemo. Easy to access the slopes at the top of B quad and ski right back to the condo’s ski locker. Great amenities in the kitchen, assortment of books puzzles and games. Pool is good sized and easy to walk or drive there.

Very clean, Great location

This is a large 3 bedroom. Very clean. Great galley kitchen with modern appliances. Comfortable furniture. Short walk to the slopes and, when there is snow, there is a trail you can take back home very close to the door. The third bedroom with the bunkbeds have footboards - not a problem for children or adults under 6 feet - but any taller than that and they may not sleep comfortably. TV is stream only - can be a bit clunky - but we made it work. Minor complaints only- would definitely stay there again.

Cozy, comfortable condo

My husband and I and his son were in town for a funeral. We spent two nights. Accommodations were spacious and comfortable. It was nice having a big kitchen with all the amenities of home. We also enjoyed the large screen TV the comfy sofa. There were a variety of games and DVDs which made our family time enjoyable.

Great ski condo at Okemo

Great experience, we had more than enough room for 4 adults. The condo is a short uphill hike to the Village Run slope accessible by a private trail. We loved the locker for ski equipment located at the start of the access trail. For our group of adults this was a daily adventure. For the not so adventurous, the drop off/ parking at the clock tower was just as convenient.

Winter place Is always a great spot. Q206 was perfect size for 4 adults w 2 kids. It is a 4-5 min walk to the slope entry. To make it better a little set of instructions on where our ski locker was would have been great found it on day 2 of 2 skiing.. the dryer is on its last leg. Overall great get away.

Unit Is Good, Vacasa Not Helpful

We love Winter a place and rented there all season in 2022. This unit and location are great - a walk to the lift and a run that goes directly to the unit area (Q). Cleanliness was not up to standard here. Several dishes were out away “dirty” and needed to be rewarded. When we arrived the garbage had not been taken out so the unit smelled and we had to remove two bags of garbage ourselves. We also did not have enough towels for our guests. We contacted Vacasa about both. They were apologetic about the garbage and said to let them know if we had any other issues. I reached out about the towels shortly after and had to follow up 3 times for a response. Ultimately the Vacasa team responded that the local company “provided enough towels” and would not deliver more. It was disappointing. Overall great spot but the fact that Vacasa is not local to resolve issues is a challenge.

Perfection!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotlessly clean, fully stock with everything we needed and the location was a dream. Less than 5 min walk to the lift which is located in the middle of the mountain. We will definitely be going back!

5 Day stay with family

This unit is a very nice size for 6 adults and was in very good condition. The kitchen area was very well equipped. This unit is not truly ski out, it’s appropriately a 250 yard walk through the parking lot to get to the slopes. The unit was not well stocked with bath soap (no extra), toilet paper (one extra), tissues( no extra) and paper towels (no extra). We did contact Vacasa on this, took 3 calls to get some, and they could not provide any additional items so had to go to store. Message here is bring your own extras of these items.

Awesome Skication!

We loved this condo! Only a short walk to the trail. Spacious enough for all that went! We loved having our own spaces to go to. The big kitchen to cook together. Also a nice living room space to spread out to eat and hangout.

Vacasa Disaster

I secured this rental for a weekend ski trip for my husband and son. I am a long time renter through VRBO. This was my first experience with Vacasa. I was hesitant because I typically have only dealt directly with owners. We booked this trip at a significant expense understanding that, due to COVID-19, there has been an increase in travel costs. We absorbed those costs expecting the standards we have always received from Vrbo. Upon arrival, my husband found the unit completely filthy from the prior renters. Beds unmade, dirty dishes, plunger in the sink, dirty laundry - the unit was completely unkempt. My husband called called Vacasa immediately and was asked where in the world he was and given little assurance that someone would come clean it. My son was scheduled to arrive just after my husband. I contacted Vacasa and had both my husband and son leave the unit to try and get dinner somewhere safe until I could reach the proper person at Vacasa and a cleaning crew could arrive. The health & safety concerns that this situation raised during a pandemic were inexcusable. While we appreciate issues relative to limited staffing at many places, this unit should not have been made available for rent if Vacasa (a property management company) could not adequately service it and meet minimum health and safety standards for the rental. We paid a premium for this rental with the full expectation that, at a minimum, it would be safe and clean upon arrival. After I made several phone calls to Vacasa, I was able to confirm that someone would be sent to the property for cleaning prior to my husband and son returning. I was told that someone from the property would call me - they never did. I had to call Vacasa four times (I was hung up on the first time) for 33 minutes of talk and hold times before I could confirm that someone would actually be there to clean it. My husband and son lingered as long as they could at a local restaurant before returning to the unit. They arrived back to find someone cleaning the unit (she was apologetic) had met a minimum cleaning standard. Exhausted & 3 hours from home, they stayed. Aside from the obvious health and safety risk to my family at a time when all precautions should be taken most seriously, it was a complete disaster and huge inconvenience. The unit itself is a great location - ski on/off. Well-appointed. Plenty of room.

Great location
