Enjoy a relaxing stroll in the Parc de Bercy, or visit the Jardin de Reuilly Paul Pernin for a break in the heart of nature. Nearby, don't miss a visit to the Château de Vincennes, a majestic medieval fortress to the east of Paris. Explore its imposing towers and historic ramparts, as well as the château's Sainte-Chapelle, a jewel of Gothic architecture. The Parc de Vincennes, which surrounds the château, is one of the largest green spaces in Paris, offering formal gardens, shady woods and even a lake. It's an ideal place for a relaxing day outdoors, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
