Private entrance to beautifully updated and maintained two bed, one bath on quiet tree lined street close ( five minute walk) to iconic Kitsilano beach. apartment is one hundred meters from ocean and two small parks. five minute walk to fourth avenue boutiques, restaurants and coffee shops. bus stop around corner to downtown vancouver and UBC. apartment has in- house laundry and a security system. comfortably sleeps four.

Comfortable stay in a nice area of town

This was cute comfortable place to stay with just about everything you'd need. We liked the location as it was safe and clean, in a nice area of town. Parking was on the street, but we never had trouble finding a place to park that was close by. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Lovely Stay

My family and I had a lovely stay in Sid and Alix's property. We were greeted with delicious pastries which was so nice after a long day of travel. The location was just what we needed. The neighborhood was nice and quiet!

My husband and I enjoyed a lovely stay in this Kitsilano apartment. While small and cozy it had everything we needed-- it was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Sid was a gracious host who brought us delicious pastries and bagels and had great neighborhood tips to share with us. He even let us secure our bikes in his shed! The location of this apartment is excellent. It is a short walk to the beach and extensive Vancouver bike paths. We cycled all over the city and absolutely loved it! It is also a short walk up to 4th Ave. shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Location, Wonderful Hosts

Charming Spot in Kits Beach

This is our second stay at this property. Perfect size for a couple/two couples or kid or two and comfortably appointed. The owners are delightful and welcoming. And the neighborhood is fabulous - walk to great restaurants, shops, and the beach! We cannot wait for our next visit.

Quaint little place

It's a nice little basement property. Some of the furniture is dated, but it was still a very pleasurable stay. The beds were comfortable and the owner was great. He brought us bakery items on a couple of occassions. It's close to the beach and lots of restaraunts. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location

This is a great location and Sid and Alix were gracious hosts-always willing to give recommendations. Sid consistently asked us if there was anything we needed. It was a quiet location, comfortable accommodations, and great neighborhood!

Perfect location

Lovely property in a perfect location. Two blocks from the water and 5 minutes from Kitsilano beach. The apart had everything we needed and Sid and Alix were so kind and welcome. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location in one of Vancouver's prettiest neighborhoods...

From check in to check out Sid was a very accomodating and welcoming host. The suite was quiet and centrally located within walking distance of beaches, restaurants and a short drive to downtown and the University district.

Excellent spot

We were here for a week, Sid was great, checked in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Was easy to get to shops, the beach and local transport. We will come back again!

Great location for exploring Vancouver

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights in this lovely space, right in Kitsilano. It was the perfect place to explore from - close to the beaches, major bus routes and groceries/restaurants. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well-stocked and the space was perfect for our family of 4. Sid and Alix were so lovely, made our arrival special, and checked in on us regularly. Would definitely love to come back here in the future, highly recommend this place to stay!
