As you step through the front door of this georgeous home, you’ll be immediately drawn to the high ceilings and direct view to the most spectacular backyard ever. This is the moment you know your vacation has officially begun! You’ll think to yourself, “Who needs to go out and explore Arizona when we have such an amazing place to stay?! Let’s just hang out!” You’ll never run out of things to do at this perfect Arizona family destination.

The floor plan boasts several different gathering areas, which is perfect for groups. The entry living space is the perfect spot to sit down, sip your coffee and read a book. The main living room sectional is positioned in front of a large flat-screen TV, a great spot to gather around and watch the game while having direct views of the huge backyard. The dining area is directly adjacent and includes seating for 6. The fully stocked kitchen has everything that you’ll need to enjoy a home-cooked meal. The open layout includes a peninsula with a cooktop and seating for 3.

The bedrooms include unique configurations to allow for different sleeping arrangements within this huge 2-story home. Each bedroom has its own closet and ceiling fan.

And finally, saving the best for last, THE BACKYARD! This private resort-like yard will truly leave you breathless. The outdoor dining areas include seating for a total of 12 people and is the perfect place to enjoy a BBQ-cooked meal while watching the beautiful Arizona sunsets. The central covered patio is the PERFECT spot and we’re sure once you find it, you’ll never want to leave. It includes a shaded seating area, a TV, fire pit, and built-in barbecue with island seating, overlooking the pool, the basketball court, and the putting green. After hours of fun in the pool, water sliding, and playing games, you'll likely make your way to your perfect spot, sip on your favorite brew, share some laughs, and soak in this perfect Arizona experience.

Guests will have full access to the home, excluding the garage and the balcony. You may have up to 2 cars at the home.

• Pool & Spa Heating- $155 per day *Need 48-hour advanced notice must be paid prior to arrival. Note: The pool will range from 75-85 degrees depending on the time of year. The temperature of the pool without heat will range from 40-50 degrees.

• NO PARTIES - there can be no guests on property that are not listed on the reservation without prior approval.

• Quiet hours after 9PM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.

• Renter data form to include occupant and emergency contact information, and full acceptance of the landlord's Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.

• EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: Not available during this time.
