We had 18 people ages 10-70 and our stay was great. The house was so clean and organized. The pool and hot tub were very clean. Lots of chairs inside and out. The kids played a lot of pool as well as pickle ball. The outdoor cooking area with TV was very convenient to watch the game. Nice, safe neighbourhood close to grocery store. Would highly recommend for family stay!

We loved our stay. We swam every day (pool heat is a must in November).The hot tub was heavenly in the evenings. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner in the spacious kitchen. The kitchen had most things we needed. There is a fun walking path along the canal in walking distance to the house. We went for a walk or run most days. Close to restaurants, shopping mall, movie theater etc. communication with Jessica was great. She always responded so quickly. My kids said we definitely need to return to this property. A great place for all ages. We had ages from 3-78.

Everything went great for our visit. We had 4 generations, ages 2 - 94. We found everything in working order and spaces were large enough for all of us (14 in total) to hangout together. Ample parking as well. We celebrated my mom's 90th by have a few friends join us on one afternoon and all were impressed by the space! I would recommend for any family gather, especially if you have older folks who benefit from a single story location.

Exactly as advertised. We have a wedding nearby and it was perfect. If you have a large family this is the place. We would definitely stay again if we had another large family event nearby. We spent so much time hanging out we realized we never took any pictures.

The Big House did not disappoint!

Our recent stay at the "Big House" in Gilbert exceeded all expectations, and we can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the entire property – truly spotless.Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. They were responsive and provided all the necessary information, making for a smooth and worry-free experience.This house truly lives up to its name, offering incredibly large indoor and outdoor gathering areas. Whether we were lounging in the spacious living room or enjoying the fantastic Arizona weather outside, there was ample room for everyone to spread out and relax.The location is ideal for exploring the area, providing easy access to both Tempe and Scottsdale, which was a huge plus for us.And then there's the backyard – it's an absolute oasis! The pool and hot tub were pristine and perfect for unwinding. We especially loved the outdoor TV and kitchen, which made al fresco dining and entertainment a breeze. The pickleball court was an added bonus and provided hours of fun!One important note for future guests: The "Big House" does have a strict no gatherings or visitors policy, which we adhered to. This ensures a peaceful and private stay for all guests.We would absolutely, without a doubt, stay here again on our next visit to the Phoenix area!

Wonderful and multiple seating areas, inside and out. The guest house was a great addition for a few females attending solo. Really enjoyed a lot of time on the pickleball court and by the ping pong table. Kitchen had great supply of pans, dishes, large bowls, spices, silverware...

Excellent house!

It's more of an estate than a house, it had something for everyone in our group. I dunno how, but it was somehow even better in real life than the pictures.My only complaint is that the bathrooms didn't have any shampoo or body wash. Not sure why that was, maybe a mistake by the cleaning crew? The house has a lot of bathrooms so we had to buy a lot of soap just to throw away when we leave.Would love to return again though, what a peaceful few days we had!

Great family stay!

The Big House was perfect for our family of 13. Heating the pool was worth it. The big couch was the BEST! Great location too - quiet and close to downtown Gilbert and Queen Creek destinations. We will be back!

Extended Family Celebration

We rented this Vrbo for my father in law's 80th birthday week with our extended family (ages 1-80 years old). The property offered many activities for every age and provided everything we needed for our large family to stay for the week. This is a great home with lots of fun included!

Every part of this rental was spot on...my family and I travel quite often, but we rarely find places this amazing...The house and everything associated with it was spot on...It was immaculately clean, in an amazing location and had great amenities. Wonderful property

The house was amazing, I loved the layout especially with multiple bathrooms being central to everyone. The outside area was amazing we had plenty to do. We loved the large sofa in the living room it was so nice to sit around and hang out with our large group. The kitchen had everything that we needed and we enjoyed the outdoor BBQ as well. The only downfall we had was the temperature of the pool. The were here over 4th of July and it was extremely hot which made the pool very warm. I know there is nothing that could really be done about this but the owners did send out the pool person to try to get more water circulating to cool it down and it did help a little. Other then that the house was 100% perfect!

Tom's family in AZ

Next year will be our third visit to this residence. So, it suits our family and we have an enjoyable time. The pool is great and so is the pickleball court. The outside area is large and very important as it enables us to move around and visit with each other. In combination with the family room, it is very comfortable for freedom of activities.

My husband & I enjoy traveling and frequently stay in vacation rentals vs. hotels. Because of that, we know how to provide a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation rental experience for our guests & we love being in the hospitality business! We are very intentional about what goes into the home as far as the little things as well as the big things and are open to suggestions of how to make the property even better for our next guests!

We are fortunate that we have a fantastic husband and wife management team (Jessica & Greg) and we live within minutes of the property so we frequently check the property between guests to make sure the standard is being kept high.

I believe you wont be disappointed by the quality of this property and that you will love staying here so much that you might even become one of our many repeat guests! :-)

We love living in Gilbert, AZ because it is a GREAT place to live & work and a lot of fun to visit! GILBERT HAS SMALL-TOWN AMBIANCE WITH BIG-TOWN AMENITIES! It is clean, safe and has wonderful shopping and local restaurants (You have to try Joe's Farm Grill and Liberty Market when you come! These local restaurants have reasonably priced, delicious food (Joe's has been featured on "Food Network's Guy Fieri show Diners, Drive-In's & Dives." Downtown Gilbert has grown tremendously in the last two years and includes lots of great restaurants like Snooze, Barro Queen, Postino's Wine Café, Liberty Market, Zinburger, Lolo's Chicken & Waffles and many more. One of our local cafe's (The Coffee Shop) was also featured on Food Network's Cupcake Wars and won with their decadent desserts! We hope you'll come experience what Gilbert, AZ has to offer!
