The Colonnades is a family-friendly beachfront resort that is within walking distance of fine-dining, shopping and concert/festival venues. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of sugary sand beaches.

2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.

Great Place for 8 Adults!

My girls trip of 8 adults worked great at this condo. Each room having their own bathroom was great!The condo was clean & had all the necessities we needed. Bar ice maker did not appear to be working & smelled but, other than that, all was great!

Beautiful view & spacious!

We LOVED staying here! The view is spectacular!! The location is so easy to get to. We enjoyed sitting out on the large balcony & all the windows of the condos . It was cute & comfortable. Love that there’s 4 bathrooms. & The big pool is so nice to have after beach time.

Great location, nice condo with lots of room. Jets on tub didn’t seem to work, and one of the elevators quit for a while. Overall we would definitely rent again.

Beautiful property. Very clean . Great location. Everything we needed for our group. Price was little high since I found out the people we met on property paid half of what we did.

Great place to stay

Booking was smooth. Parking was great. Check in was smooth. Lobby and elevators very stinky. Two staff members I met were very nice, but seemed overwhelmed. Had a few small issues that were taken care of, but i feel like if the place had more staff, there would've been no issues at all. I'm sure they deal with hiring difficulties like us all. Unit was fairly clean. Overall nice experience. Great location, just close enough to walk to things (if you don't mind a six-ish block hike), and far enough away to not be in the middle of everyone. There's a smaller grocery and a liquor store, within two blocks.

We apologize that you were met with unpleasant smells in the lobbies, and longer wait times for elevators. This can happen during the peak season of the summer as everyone is using the elevators to enjoy the pools and amenities on property. Great locations needed a few updates

Location was great but the condo itself is a bit worn and needs some tlc and updates the master bed is on blocks and is not even so it slants to the right the master slide door was difficult to open and the slide door in the living room was needing some care the refrigerator had cracked and broken drawers and the dishes were not enough for a party of 8 We have stayed at other condos in this complex and the amenities were much nicer and the price was less than what we paid this year The ice maker is a plus and overall we had a great stay We will definitely stay at the collonaides again however probably not this unit

Sibling gathering

Condo was very nice and roomy in general. Great view. Not so nice: VERY low quality paper products- toilet paper and paper towel. Requested maintenance to repair bathtub faucet. Contacted maintenance number and response was someone would contact us. Nobody ever contacted us. We went to hardware store, purchased a couple of tools and got the faucet to work, but it needs permanent repair. My bed bedroom across hall from hall bathroom was not comfortable and had plastic or something under sheets. Very tacky.

Our maintenance technician did arrive at the condo and tested all the faucets, but they were found to be in working order at that time. It seems this may have been one of the times when everything was operating without issue. Sounds like your handyman skills came in handy for a quick solution😉 We'll also pass along the feedback about the quality of the paper product starter pack with our housekeeping team. Feet were black within 15 minutes. There were two false buildings evacuations at night. Also the listing stated there was an indoor heated pool and there was not even an outdoor heated pool. No indoor pool to be found and the outdoor heated pool was broken which led to sad kids that couldnt swim. Jacuzzi also didnt work in master. Washing machine had a terrible smell when in use. Balcony was nice.

Loved the Collonades!

Great property with plenty of room (and privacy) for a party of 8. Beautifully decorated too and fully stocked kitchen too. We had one small issue with a faucet in one bathroom, but someone was there literally within an hour of my call to management. Will definitely stay here again!

Spring Break

The condo was great! The lady working as “the guard” I guess you can call her, was horrible. She was rude and downright mean. Just because we were not a family staying there, she thought she could treat us like we were scum. I was there with my 22 year old daughter and her friends who were all the same age. No one was doing anything out of line, but from the minute we arrived, she asked “who are you”? Not what you want following you around while you are on vacation. But we did not let her ruin our time.
