I can't say enough good things about this property and the host. I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, and when there was an issue with the HVAC, it was fixed immediately! The proximity to Berea College and shops/restaurants was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and I had zero issues with noise. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a home away from home.

An overall nice place to stay. Close enough to things to do, but not so close to not have peace. It would be nice to have a curtain in the living room, instead of just blinds.

What a cute little house in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood! We stayed here while our daughter visited some colleges in the area. It is close to everything, and yet you almost don’t realize that. The owners provided excellent communication with easy check-in and check out. I also appreciate the reasonable check-out list!! We highly recommend.
