▪️ Keyless entry and video security for your safety. For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of the home is monitored 24/7 by video and audio. Decibel level monitoring and occupancy sensors are enabled at this property.

🅿️ PARKING & ACCESSIBILITY
▪️ Street parking only with minimal parking restrictions (NO PRIVATE PARKING). We are not responsible for tickets, tows, or finding a spot. Evenings can get a bit busy, but you can always find a spot!

🏠The owner and handyman live in the 2 units behind the house; their entrance is through the right side gate, so you may see them walking by from time to time. They also use the shared laundry in the back from time to time.

📞We live in the vicinity and frequently drive by our homes. We are very attentive to our guests and are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away, and our groundskeeper lives onsite in the separate back unit on the property, and is available 24/7 to help out or show you the space, or resolve any issues.😊

🚌 TRANSIT
▪️ Public transportation is right around the block, plenty of Ubers/Rentals, and scooters. Download the Bird app before traveling for quick access to the motorized scooters!

📝OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
▪️ This home has lots of character and NO A/C. We have ceiling fans, room fans, and the ocean breeze cools down the house quickly.
▪️ Ocean Beach is near the airport flight path, and noise can be heard from time to time, so if you're a light sleeper, you may want to bring earplugs. No refunds given for plane noise.
▪️ Filming or production work is allowed with an additional fee; ask us about it.

▪️ NO unplugging/tampering/covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc (fees will apply).
▪️ USE coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains.
▪️ USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces.
▪️ GARBAGE DISPOSAL: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.
▪️ PET POLICY: Well-behaved pets are welcome for a $100 fee per stay. We love pets, but please keep them off the beds, comforters, and sofas. An extra cleaning fee will be added if we need to deep clean these areas or if towels, bedding, carpets, etc., are stained/chewed up. We have provided a vacuum or broom, and a dustpan just in case you need them for any spills or excessive pet hair (PLEASE unclog the vacuum if your pet hair clogs it up). Undeclared pets (ESAs included) will be charged $200 per pet.
