Nice and clean with Northwoods decor' and patio doors to a deck offering spectacular south/western views of Lake Minocqua. This unit is perfect for 2 people and features a full bathroom, king size bed, 2 chairs, pub table/stools and hotel style amenities, such as small refrigerator, microwave, Keurig machine and TV. Bring your boat - this unit has a private, designated pier space. Jump on the snowmobile trail across the street & a spot to park your trailer!

Wonderful place to stay

Great location. Quiet place, nicely furnished. Just what we were looking for. We’ll definitely look to stay here again next time with travel this way.

Perfect Stay!

Just like the picture's/description! Bed was very comfy. I loved that we had a private pier and how close we were to downtown minocqua. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute, quiet room with a nice view and balcony!

We enjoyed our 3 nights in this unit! Check in was easy, there was plenty of parking for our 2 vehicles, and it was surprisingly quiet! There were plenty of clean towels, hand towels and washcloths which was nice. The bed is soft, but comfortable! The location was perfect, and we had some really beautiful sunsets! It’s a quick walk to downtown Minocqua! We will definitely stay again!

As Described and Perfect for Us

This was our first trip to Minocqua. Property was as described. It was close to everything. The deck was perfect (when the weather cooperated). This was the perfect rental for us.

Summer Vacation

Location was close to everything in Minocqua. Beautiful view of Minocqua Lake. Room was very clean, King Bed was very comfortable. We will definitely be coming back!

Just what we needed.

Needed a place to lay our heads and enjoy the northwoods. This worked just as it should. The balcony was perfect for a beer to wind down after a long day in the Northwoods. Will consider staying here again since we will be back to the area.

You couldn’t ask for a better little condo. Very clean. Everything in a room you could think of. We biked and walked down town every day. The ability to park a boat was amazing! Janel was an absolute sweetheart! We are looking forward to coming back!

Very comfortable and handy for our family reunion nearby.

Was very comfortable and clean. Since I booked this a year in advance I am unsure of the description of the property at that time, but we were disappointed there was no soap or shampoo. Not a big deal. View is to die for and we could actually see the location of the reunion across from the island. Very quiet and relaxing and our 7 year old grandson came to catch and release many panfish under the dock. Not sure the AC was working correctly. It would kick off and not hold a steady temp. A couple of suggestions? A light in the corner where the luggage rack is (behind the shower in the room) would be nice so I could see to unpack and dress there. Maybe more towel racks and a full length mirror. But we LOVED the chairs inside and especially the porch chairs that swiveled. All and all a very nice stay. :)

Overall good

I would say this space is like a hotel style set up. A little disappointed with the “kitchenette” area, as there was no paper towel and utensils as listed in the amenities. Otherwise, everything else was good. Great location and beautiful view of the lake!
