Walk to Sun Valley Resort ski lifts!

This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Sun Valley condo boasts beautiful views of Baldy from the back deck! Located in the popular Horizons 4 complex near downtown Ketchum, guests are blessed with beautiful Baldy views and easy access to all Sun Valley has to offer year-round. You can walk or bike ride everywhere from Horizons 4 or hop on the shuttle right outside your front door.

The open plan living area is centered around a cozy gas fireplace with large windows and doors facing onto the deck. A lodge-inspired leather sofa and chair with printed tapestry adds alpine appeal and invites you to sit, relax and switch to vacation time. The kitchen is fully-equipped to whip up your favorite home cooked meals with seating for 2 at the breakfast bar and a sunny dining area for 4 guests.

Horizons 4 is popular for its close proximity to the ski slopes in winter, and endless fun in the summer months! When you're not swimming in the communal pool, soaking in the hot tub, or sweating in the sauna – you'll be sunbathing, socializing, BBQing, and stargazing on the back deck of your Sun Valley condo.

Your Sun Valley vacation condo accommodates a maximum of 5 guests. The master bedroom is located to the right of the entryway and features a queen size bed, to the left of the entry is an open nook with a toddler bed for the little ones, and the sleeper sofa converts for an additional 2 guests. The shared guest bathroom is located in the hallway across from the master bedroom with a vanity area and bath/shower combo. There's a boot and coat storage near the entry for convenient storage of all your gear.

Staying at Horizons 4 in Sun Valley is fun! The pool is heated and open seasonally, the sauna and hot tub are open year round, and the rec room is a great space to relax, read, play ping pong and meet the rest of the friendly Horizons 4 community.

We had a good time in Idaho. Enjoyed sight seeing. The hot tub was maybe 80 degrees. Plenty of pots and pans to cook. Our unit was bottom floor so the upper floor the rushing of the toilet and drain lines is quite loud after quiet hours. Pioneer saloon is a must to see all of the mounts.

Beautiful Visit

My wife and I had a great time and the condo is just as pictured. The 4-plex had tree trimming right outside the patio which hindered the privacy and parking lot, but otherwise the place was great! A bit of noise from the upstairs tenant going up and down stairs or flushing the toilets.

Nice Return Visit to Ketchum

We really enjoyed the great location, with walking distance to downtown, and well-appointed, nicely updated unit with mountain views. Everything was quite comfortable, but the lack of A/C made a couple of the recent hot days in Ketchum less than desirable, and highlighted the dirty windows and screens. While the community laundry was fine, an in-unit washer/dryer would have also been preferable. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed for painting on the day we wished to use it, but in any case, we had a great trip for the second year in a row to Sun Valley.

Wonderful unit convenient to everything

Our stay was very nice. The unit is clean and had that we needed to get by. Very close to downtown and easy access to the bike paths in town.

It was right at the base of the ski hill and the place was great. A BBQ would have been nice since we were there during warm conditions.

The Perfect Condo

We loved the condo...great mountain view, comfy couch, very roomy living area, well stocked kitchen. Management was always quick to respond to my texts. They did a great job always clearing the paths to walk around during our snowy week there. Our first time to Sun Valley, and we had a great time!

Excellent place

Terrific for a ski trip. Close to River Run, well equipped and super clean, excellent owner managers who go out of their way to check in on guests and make sure all is well.

Fabulous place, fantastic location

Beautiful place. Very clean and comfortable. Arrived to TV screen with music playing and a warm fire burning in the fireplace. Condo well equipped, beautiful view of the west mountains from the deck. Walking distance to dining and shopping. Close to Big Wood River trail system, so nice to park the car and not get in again until we left. Coming back to this place for sure!

Ketchum Vacation

Great location. Walking distance to downtown Ketchum and Gondola. Comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Very quiet and peaceful. Cozy fireplace. Comfortable bed. Extra warm comforter. Floors were very dirty, but that was easy enough to sweep up. Kitchen table was a little odd with the wooden piece along the floor between the legs, and the TV had a mind of it's own turning itself on and off whenever it felt like it, but overall a very nice place to stay.

Perfect, cozy cabin in Downtown Ketchum

This property is awesome. The unit is very spacious, has comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen, and is in a fantastic location. We were a short walk to the base of the mountain, as well as downtown Ketchum restaurants and shops. We loved our stay here and definitely plan to return in the future!
