AMAZING trip!!!

We had an amazing trip, Ed and his wife met us there at check in and walked us around the property. We loved the property and their rental was perfect in every way!!!

Good stay

Overall, it was a great stay in the condo by the lake. We enjoyed the location, the view, the use of the gym, pool and and the wonderful ammenities within the condo.

Ideal for work travel contracts

I had an excellent experience with this property. The owners are kind and responsive, the condo is comfortable, and the building is in good condition with good security features in place. I would be happy to stay here again.

romantic weekend get-away

Great view from this beautiful condo. It was the perfect spot for our short but amazing weekend at the track and event center. Wonderful hosting and communication from the owner.

This is a great place for a couple, or a family with one child. We enjoyed Ed's 10 cent tour. It was nice he took the time to show us around.

Great location, comfortable condo

My cousin and I shared this comfy condo for a family reunion/work trip to Hot Springs. Great location with easy access to highways and attractions. Very clean and comfortable. We were very pleased. Very secure condo, and Ed took time to show me around the complex and explain all the amenities. Highly recommend.

Total Solar Eclipse 2024

We booked last year to be able to experience the Total Solar Eclipse. The condo is great, right on the lake. Everyone we encountered in the condo and Hot Springs were so nice and helpful. The owner Ed was very kind and patient with my questions and the check in/out process!

Great Stay

Mr. Dorsey was an attentive host from the moment we booked until we checked out. Shortly after we booked our stay we received a welcome email and another shortly before we arrived. He met us at the condo when we arrived. Gave us a tour of the facility and provided us with great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Will definitely book this location again when we go back to Hot Springs.

Wonderful Place to Stay

I am giving this review from the prospective of a vacation rental owner and a customer of vacation rentals. The property was above expectations. The condo was spacious and had a very good floor plan. The owner made check-in easy and provided a tour of the complex amenities. The thoughtful unexpected touches made our stay wonderful. There was a notebook that had a large list of restaurants with brochures tucked in sleeves. We will stay there again!

Perfect place for 2

This is a very nice condo. In a well maintained older complex. Everyone we meet there was nice. There was everyone from young couples, families with every age of children, singles, and elderly couples. We were there through the really hot spell. The pool was very warm. There is no shade at the pool but we didn't mind one bit. The pool was large enough and never felt crowded. There was no laundry in the unit but there were plenty of coin opperated machines onsite with easy access. We didn't use the gym/game room or the tennis courts so I cant speak on them. Our parking space couldn't have been more perfect. For our week long stay the condo had everything we needed. The kitchen is small but has almost everything we needed. We like to cook so if we were staying longer we would have purchased a cookie sheet and some mixing bowls. The oven seems to take a lot longer to cook. But we didn't mind. Ed the owner was very plesant and EASY to work with. He has went into a lot of trouble to put together a FANTASTIC binder of all the local food places with menus and everything. We did a lot of crystal mining while we were there and visited the historic downtown. Hot Springs is a wonderful town. We are already planning a trip back and would not hesitate to stay at the condo again. It is the perfect size for 2. Thanks again for a fantastic mother daughter week.

Easter Weekend in Hot Springs

Our stay in Ed’s condo was completely comfortable and enjoyable! We had all of the amenities that we needed and the location was centrally located to all of the activities on our agenda. Ed gave us a personal tour of the facilities and we were able to take advantage of the tennis courts and ping-pong table! Thank you for opening up your home to us and allowing us to celebrate Easter in Hot Springs.

Great place to stay

We rented this unit for a weekend of horse races and relaxing. Unit was very clean and neatly organized, not too far of a drive to all the attractions, and right on the lake. I will be renting here again. Also, got a personal call from the property manager prior to check in. Very friendly guy and even left us tickets for the races!
