Beach Bliss

We had a wonderful time at Peter & Cathy’s place in San Clemente! The property is just as it appears on the website. Very comfortable for 2 people! Bed was super comfortable, kitchen is fully stocked and the proximity to the beach and town, with all its great restaurants and shops, was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

Ocean View - Perfect Family Friendly!

Our family of 4 adored this property so close to the beach and pier and near all the amenities. We had the fortunate experience of staying during the annual festival and were close to everything! Beach vacation hot spot

Staying with friends is the way to be. They had all the stuff in to have a great beach Vacation including surf boards and boogie boards. More amenities better price. hotel

Perfect beach getaway

Great location to walk to beach or town. The beach chairs and bikes included were great! Unit was very comfortable and well stocked. Absolutely everything we needed for a quick beach vacation.

Best stay in San Clemente

Just a short walk and you are right on the beach. Amenities are top notch, with outdoor showers, beach equipment, they even have shampoo and conditioner on the shower. Everything was so clean and in great condition. We will be back, thanks for a great stay!

Lots of extras!!

We had a great time in San Clemente. We have visited San Clemente multiple times. We loved this condo and its location with its ocean view and close proximity to the beach. It was awesome to have a lot of fun beach equipment and bikes available to use. Thanks for a fun stay!

Great place to stay. My boyfriend and I were so surprised how great the stay was. Definitely one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in. Location, kitchen and amenities were nicer than I expected. We already booked our stay for next month.

Fun in the sun

The property was absolutely beautiful and in a great location to restaurants and shopping. Cathy and Pete really did a great job decorating the condo and providing us with a 5 star stay. My husband and I do a lot of traveling and this was by far the nicest place we’ve stayed

Have stayed in SC many times it is one of our “happy places “! First time staying at this property. Location is ideal as both the “Bowl” and downtown are very walkable. The property was immaculate and the hosts engaged.

Great location; incredible communication

Loved the location close to the pier and downtown --both in walkable distance. Condo was clean and comfortable. The hosts are amazing communicators with ideas on what to do and access to their amenities (like the bikes, etc.). I would stay here again when I come for business.P.S. Need MyPillows :-) or some other firmer options.

Perfect Getaway!

This property is perfect for a San Clemente getaway. It is very clean, attractive, with all amenities. It is easily walkable to the San Clemente Pier, restaurants and trail, and also to the shops in town. The hosts are very responsive and easy to reach with questions. Next time we visit San Clemente we will look no farther. This property is an ocean view jewel.

Great space for 2 and great location

This place was a great location to shops and restaurants and most of all the beach. There were beach chairs etc and towels to take the beach. The place was clean and had all the accessories for cooking if you wanted to to do. The owners were very nice and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

We will definitely make this our go to place in SanClemente. Fantastic location, fantastic place, fantastic communication. Every little extra touch says “we have thought of you and you are welcome here”. We highly recommend.

Our first trip since COVID-19

We were looking for a nice relaxing place at the beach to spend some time outdoors with our three-year old toddler. We found a perfect place in San Clemente. Attentive hosts, beautiful views, amazing amenities, a short walk to the beach, we couldn't have asked for more.
