- Ski-In Access via SkyWay SkiWay, Walk-Out to the gondola, or free shuttle to Breckenridge Ski Resort.
At the end of the day, ski back to your front door via SkyWay SkiWay or take the free shuttle bus home! Breckenridge Ski Resort & Breckenridge Nordic Center is just up the road via the free shuttle bus. The Nordic Center has miles of cross-country and snowshoe trails. Easy access to Breckenridge Ski Resort Peaks 7,8,9 lift base areas via free shuttle bus.

Best location in town! The property is 1.5 blocks from Main Street shops and restaurants. Free Shuttle stop and free Gondola provides easy access to Breckenridge Mountain.

Twin Elk Lodge is the choice for convenience and comfort to enjoy with your family and friends. You can park your car in the heated garage and don't need to move it your entire trip. All shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Arriving at Breckenridge without a car. No problem! Twin Elk allows easy access to all Breckenridge has to offer. No car is needed.

This 3-bedroom townhome-style condo is the perfect mountain home for families and friends of up to 8 people. The living area is open and airy with high ceilings. The large sectional allows for your entire group to hang out with a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you would need to cook for the group after a great day on the slopes. The dining table and breakfast bar provide plenty of seating.

Amenities include: in-unit washer/dryer, community hot tub access, parking for two vehicles, and free Wi-Fi. The property is stocked with fresh linens and towels as well as basic toiletries. Our home is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to each arrival.

Five huge skiable peaks across 2,908 acres, an historic mining town and incredible views help Breck stand out from other ski resorts. Breck displays the charm of an authentic Victorian village with over 200 shops and restaurants and is unlike anywhere else.
In the Summer, free Gondola will shuttle you up to Breckenridge Mountain where the winter ski runs are transformed into the "Epic Discovery Adventure Center" a combination of scenic, family-friendly and thrill-seeking outdoor activities designed to immerse guests in Breck’s High Alpine environment. Epic Discovery offers a variety of zones and activities designed to immerse guests in nature while highlighting Breck’s rich landscapes, local history and possibilities for adventure.
Hiking, Miles of Bike Paths, Road and Mountain Biking, Horseback Riding, Fishing, Boating on nearby Dillon Reservoir, many local white water rafting outfitters.
Come experience all Breckenridge has to offer in the summer. From 4th of July Parades to meadows of wildflowers and live music.
Breckenridge has a busy Summer calendar filled with festivals, art shows, concerts, & parades.

Master Suite: King bed, private balcony, flat-screen tv with cable, private bathroom with tub and walk-in shower, 2 sinks.

Living and Dining Area: Leather sectional couch, gas fireplace, flat-screen tv with cable, breakfast bar (seating for 3), fully equipped kitchen, dining table (seating for 6), and washer/dryer

Lower Level:

Bedroom 1: Double bed (sleeps 2), flat-screen tv with cable, private door to lower patio

Bedroom 2: Two twin-over-twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), flat screen tv with cable, private door to lower patio. The room is cozy with 4 beds, but works well for both kids and adults.

Bathroom #3: Tub/Shower combo

$500 Refundable Damage Deposit will be charged at the time of booking

No pets / No Smoking / No Vaping - Violations will lead to forfeiting damage deposit

Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.

Parking: 2 Cars Maximum. 1 car in the garage, 1 car outside. No additional spaces are available on the property. Additional cars could be towed. The town of Breckenridge does have overnight paid parking available if you have more than two cars.

PLEASE NOTE:
This is a second-floor, walk-up condo.
WINTER INFO:
The property is considered ski-in, but you have to walk to the gondola or take the free shuttle to get to a lift. Ski-In access is based on Breckenridge mountain opening the SkyWay SkiWay trail. The resort determines when this run opens based on conditions. Most seasons it is open by Mid-December. If the trail is not open return to Twin Elk via free shuttle or walk back from Gondola.

Great location. Cozy spot!

Perfect location for our family's 1st ski trip which included a 6 year old who loved the bunk beds. Community hot tub on the smaller side and was closed one of our 3 days which was disappointing but otherwise a great location, exactly as described in listing and we would stay again.

I have had good experiences with VRBO and this trip was no exception. Deena was really great, good communication nice and helpful. The condo was ready early, so she let us check in early which was very helpful. I would say our stay was excellent, I mean they thought of everything. Directions clear, booklet inside that gave extreme detail to everything you could need (bus routes good restaurants, and how to ski back to the porch). The condo was very well outfitted there was nothing we lacked in cooking large meals. Even small things were thought of like having a humidifier already running when we arrived and extra coffee pods if you want a cup before heading to the grocery store. If you forget to bring some little item, the kitchen probably has it already. It had enough space for our family of 6 to be able to play games or watch a movie. The floors were heated. Gas fireplace worked well. There were plenty of windows. I chose this location so we could walk to town easily and we did several times. It is less than a 10 min walk to Main Street. Bus stop is about 30' away from our building. The garage was large enough for our Surburban and heated. They even had some sleds for us to take our little one and a friend sledding at Carter Park. The community hot tub was not overly crowed. They had just changed out the water the day I used it, so they run a tight ship there. If you are considering this place, you will likely not be disappointed. It was and excellent trip!

Great Place, Great Location!

My family and I enjoyed an amazing Christmas holiday in this phenomenal condo. It was the perfect amount of space for my family of 5, it had all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay (kitchen equipment for nights we cooked in, large tv and gas fireplace in living room for movie nights, etc.), and it was in a great location to get to gondola and downtown Breck.
