Spacious floor plan with nice master suite, large family room and kitchen. Bedrooms are spread out with plenty of privacy. Great patio, private pool and putting green! Situated in a very desirable neighborhood with numerous parks, walking trails, access to community pools and clubhouse. Very close to spring training at Surprise Stadium, numerous golf courses and hiking trails. Just a few blocks from the grocery store, coffee shop, one of the top restaurants in Surprise and more. Plenty of dining and nightlife options within a few mile radius as well.

Great place to Stay!

Awesome location. Great communication with the owner. He response quickly to anything we needed! Lovely house which fit our needs perfectly!

Perfect Long Term Stay

My wife, infant, and I stayed here for a month. It was a pleasure to stay here. The house was clean and incredibly spacious. The location is close to everything, and the neighborhood is great to walk around. Pat was very quick to respond if we ever had any questions. Given the chance we would absolutely love to stay here again.

Great fun for the entire family with all of the parks within walking distance and wonderful safari park just 10 minutes (5 miles) down the road. Numerous golf courses within a 5-10 mile radius and plenty of hiking within a 20 minute drive.

この宿泊施設の特徴

We are a few blocks from the grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants. 3.3 miles from Surprise Stadium/Spring Training. 4-5 miles from dozens of restaurants and entertainment. 13 miles from Sate Farm Stadium, home to Super Bowl LVII in February 2023. Extremely safe, with several parks and walking paths throughout the neighborhood.
