During our travels, we learned the value of living simply, sustainably, and intentionally. We were drawn to this neighborhood because it reflects all of that — it’s peaceful, walkable, and full of character, with easy access to nature, local shops, and good food.
We fell in love with how friendly and safe the area feels, and how easy it is to get around without needing to drive far. You can walk to Whole Foods, grab coffee or a bite to eat, and be downtown or on campus in just a few minutes. It’s the kind of place that feels like home — and we’re excited to share it with you.
