Great view of the ocean from our Lanai. No need to go out for meals. Nice bathroom and shower. Unit was well supplied with kitchen and bath needs. Nice AC when needed. Comfortable bed. Would rent this unit again in a heartbeat. Would recommend turning the crowing rooster into nuggets.

Great Stay!

Great location to walk into town, awesome views of the ocean, very well stocked kitchen, chairs, ice chest and towels for the beach, our own parking spot, and pretty much everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Enjoyed our visit very much!

Our stay was great! Property as advertised. Lots of extras came in handy...beach chairs, umbrella, ziploc bags! Beautiful view of sunsets from balcony. Also watched the Ironman athletes practice swimming right in front of unit. Would stay here again.

our stay

This was our first time staying in room 405. We enjoyed our stay and the view was amazing. Would I return, yes, would I recommend this to friends, yes. My only concerns were: The shower head was inadequate for washing hair. Not enough volume. A water filter for the unit would be awesome and connecting the ice maker to the fridge as well. The smoke alarm went off once for no reason, we disconnected it and reconnected it and then no problem.

Great Location

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and stores. Had everything we needed including beach supplies and great towels! Pool area very nice. Great view - you can't be any closer to the ocean!

This is our first time staying at the condos there in Kona. Our condo was really hard to get into due to the lockbox buttons had been used so many times that we had to ask for help from another guest to help us get into the condo when we arrived. Very frustrating. The condo is quite small and quite old and dated. There was one barbecue fully rusted and we did not feel safe using it. Located in a horrible area of the complex. There was no table or chairs in the condo provided for a meal to be eaten at.

Great place to stay!

This is a nice condo with everything we needed. The host was responsive to us and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! They added personal touches like leaving some coffee and having a guide book handy. We also had a great ocean view and lovely balcony. Personnel were very friendly!

Very lovely view and great staff

This was a VERY clean unit which had everything we needed and then some. It’s really nice to stay in a private condo because of the personal touches like guide books and umbrellas. No complaints at all.

Perfectly appointed

While the property itself is older, this unit has everything needed for a lovely stay. Pool/ocean toys/chairs were great, well-stocked kitchen, fluffy towels, and even the paper towels and toilet paper were much nicer than average. RIGHT on the water, so falling asleep to the sound of waves was perfect! It’s the perfect spot to watch the sunset.

Perfect location! Clean. Quiet.

So nice to have BEACH TOWELS, boogie boards, Cooler, and grocery tote bags provided! Great to walk to town, resort restaurant next-door was delicious. Super clean property, very comfortable bed with well supplied kitchen including bottle opener and NEW skillet to cook breakfast each morning. Hearing the sound of the waves crashing was pure therapy every day and the sunset each evening was stunning! Thank you for a perfect place to stay.

Great location

Loved the location - close/walking distance to restaurants, shops. Smelled musty upon arrival but it is the tropics! Well stocked. The only negative was the couch is very uncomfortable for TV watching.

Just perfect

10 day stay which was perfect with the views over the ocean, proximity to town, shops and restaurants. Having stayed in multiple self-contained units over the years in different countries we found this unit to be the closest to meeting that definition from the cooking utensils and supplies provided in the unit and the little touches made this a very enjoyable stay indeed

Great place on the water

The location is wonderful. So nice to be right on the ocean. The bed was very comfortable. Lanai furniture was not. Nice kitchen with some things provided such as salt and pepper, olive oil, misc spices. A nice addition would be a retractable drying line in the shower.

This condo was lovely and clean. It was equipped with everything we needed. The view was spectacular. Whales, porpoises and turtles as well as fish could be seen on the deck! Would rent again!
