Our 1 bedroom 1 bath condo offers accommodations for up 4 guests. Stay and play like a local at any of the several casinos and just a 40 minute drive to Lake Tahoe.

We have made every attempt to make sure your stay with us is as comfortable as your own home, we have included Roku Tv's so feel free to login to your favorite streaming movie apps to not miss an episode or finish binge watching that series you just can't get enough of. We are minutes from Legends Shopping Mall, theater and several varieties of food options as well as the water slides and bowling ally.
Close to the freeway and grocery stores so believe me when I tell you that our cozy little condo is close to anything you could need while in Reno/Sparks NV.

We do not allow pets as this could cause an allergic reaction for other renters so please be respectful of the no pet policy.

-Due to this being a residential complex, noise ordinances are 10pm sharp, We do not permit excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances at any time.
-This condo is video monitored outdoors for security purposes at any time.
-This is a ground floor unit.
-Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated, please book with accurate guest count for your stay and to ensure we've provided enough linens as well.
Our condo has a very open floor plan and is set up for all your basic immediate needs. We are open to ideas if there is something we overlooked please feel free to reach out to us.
