The townhome is directly across from the State Capital, and within walking distance (three blocks) to the historic Plaza, Canyon Road, Loretto Chapel, world renowned Restaurants, Inn of Governors, unique shops and so much more.
The townhome is just blocks away from restaurants, shops, art galleries. Parking is free on the property. There is metered parking within the downtown area. Santa Fe does also have Uber and Lyft services for those of you who do not want to walk, or for other places that you can not walk to.

Owner Cancelled Stay

On Tuesday, 8/13/2024, the property owner notified me that our stay was being cancelled because of an electrical wiring problem that occurred with the last guests two nights before. The owner stated that the property manager had not been able to rectify the electrical wiring problem which was forcing the cancellation. The property owner stated she was refunding all our money. We have not received that refund as of today 8/19/2024. I cannot give a valid rating since we did not stay at the property. However, your system requires a rating so I have rated 3 stars.

Owner did not provide access to space

Owner left the country without providing us with access codes to the property. Forced to find a hotel...that was 20 minute drive away. We got a full refund but no contact, no apology. Just blew up our vacay and walked away.

Night in Santa Fe

The property was clean and the location was great. Perfect spot for a quixk trip to Santa Fe. Maybe im just an old guy, but it was a little awkward that the only shower was right off the kitchen and the other toilets were not super private attached to the bedrooms.

Fantastic location

Property was located close to Plaza, market and a variety of great restaurants. Communication with owner was fine once contact was established.

Perfect location; close to plaza and churches. Definitely will be back.

Property was everything as advertised, very clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive and had excellent suggestions. Lots of amenities; kitchen was well stocked with spices and everything you need to prepare meals. Within walking distance to downtown plaza, restaurants, churches and galleries. Thank you for sharing your place with us, we will be back.

Beautiful condo in an ideal location

This is a comfortable living space with beautiful art, decorated in the Santa Fe style. Location is amazing, walking distance to the Plaza, museums and restaurants. We would stay here again if we get the opportunity.

Wonderful Stay

The property was just perfect for what we wanted. Perfect location. Quiet! Allowed us to enjoy Santa Fe to the fullest!! Thanks to our host, who was Great about communicating and “Johnny on the spot” when we had a small problem. She had a repair person on the scene within 10 minutes!!! We couldn’t have been happier with the stay and the service!! We will stay here again!

Place worked but some glitches

Received check in instructions the evening before after messages, calls and an hour online with Vrbo help. Garage is a plus. Place is nice with on BR on ground floor and other on third floor. Only full bath is in the 2nd floor behind the kitchen. This worked for us but is unusual. Wifi password wasn’t supplied and Wifi didn’t work until the last day.

Good location

Property manager was very responsive and very helpful. Rental is very clean nicely decorated close to the plaza most everything is Within walking distance.

Heart of Santa Fe

This condo is exceptionally located in the heart of Santa Fe which made for a wonderful stay. The property was very clean and well kept and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It was a very short walk from the Santa Fe plaza (less than 5 minute walk) and the location could not be beat! I would highly recommend this place and would stay there again!
