Come vacation in our cozy single family home located in the exclusive Doctor Philips area! This home is in the most central location you can get in Orlando, Just 3 Minutes from all Universal Studios Theme Parks, 15 min to Disney , 12 mins to sea world , restaurant row and many other attractions just minutes away.


Keypad entry for self check in.
Our place has all new appliances, fixtures and furniture throughout.
All bedrooms have smart TVs that include Roku, Netflix, Hulu & Amazon Prime
Various amenities such as coffee maker,pots and pans, towels and wash rags
Outdoor:
screen room,hammock, barbecue, corn hole and fire pit.

We had an amazing stay! Super close to Universal and Epic, which made it easy to pop back for naps, snacks, and outfit changes—huge win. The house was clean, modern, and exactly like the photos, with a great layout and everything we needed. Strong showers, plenty of hot water, and laundry worked perfectly. The owner was friendly and super responsive. Thanks for a fantastic trip! —NJ Family

An excellent stay

The house was clean and comfortable. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. An easy stay for the weekend and we would gladly stay here again.

Property was enough for 6 adults and 2 kids. Only regret it that it was a very short stay.

Never had such horrible experience booking though vrbo and with a host until this one. Did communicate until we had an issue with mold from a leaking ac. Did tell us she would refund us and then went silent not long after ! Did offer us to go back after someone went “clean up the mold” we are from south Louisiana and deal with water damage and mold from hurricanes you can not just wipe it away ! We also had a soon to be one year old with us and she should have been more sympathetic to the issue. Didn’t stay but 5 hours before packing everything up and moving to a new rental when we just drove 12 hours from south Louisiana to here . Good luck if you book here bc you will never get a refund if something’s goes wrong, I fully understand if someone cancels last minute but this was a health concern.
