113 Barrington Court, in the beautiful Palmetto Dunes community, is a wonderful, oceanfront 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa on the first floor of the Barrington Court complex. Each bedroom has gorgeous ocean views, not to mention the amazing views from the main living area. The star of the show is definitely the balcony which has sweeping views of the ocean. Enjoy a cup of coffee with the sound of the waves crashing just beyond your villa. Every bedroom has access to the deck as well as the living room.
The U-shaped kitchen has attractive cabinets, pastel blue striped walls, stainless steel appliances, and is open to the dining and living areas. Even standing in the kitchen, the chef will have beach and ocean views. The flooring in both the kitchen and hall is wood look plank tiles and compliments the countertops and cabinetry. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar with three stools.
Both the living room and dining area are carpeted and have mint green walls. The dining room table seats six and is up against a mirrored accent wall. The living area has a coastal colored décor, a green and gray striped sleeper sofa with a matching love seat. There is also a mint green armchair and a 48" SMART TV is mounted over the decorative fireplace for your enjoyment. This room is bright and spacious, with tons of windows and obviously the room is oriented towards the ocean views. The sliding doors open to a balcony that wraps around and is partially covered. There is a table for four on one side, two lounge chairs, and an additional three chairs.
The master bedroom offers windows with beautiful views, it is carpeted, and has blue walls. There is a king bed with a colorful headboard, two accent chairs, and a 40" TV with a DVD player. The newly renovated master bath has a separate sink vanity area with granite countertops and a private bath with newly renovated walk-in shower. This room has access to the balcony as well.
To the left of the entrance is the stacked washer and dryer. Down this hall are the two guest bedrooms which are both carpeted. The first bedroom has gray walls with a blue accent wall and two twin beds. This bedroom has access to the balcony. The bath servicing this bedroom has a combination shower and tub and may be privately accessed or entered via the hallway.
The second bedroom also offers spectacular views with two walls of windows. There are light tan walls and a light pink accent wall, king bed, desk with bookshelves, and a 32" SMART TV. The private bath has a single vanity and walk-in shower.
This villa is a great place for a family vacation or for a group of friends to get away. With the Barrington Court pool and amenities, as well as being just steps from the beach, you have everything you’ll need for a perfect beach vacation!
The Barrington Complex offers an oceanfront pool with spa, restrooms, showers, and grilling area. There is also an elevator and under cover parking garage. Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
