Pass through the gate and take the path leading to the terrace and the entrance door. You will then access a large reception hall. On the left, a vast living area awaits you: you can share your meals around a large dining table for 10 people, or gather in the lounge area, equipped with sofas, a coffee table and a television. The lounge offers direct access to the terrace.



At the bottom, a fully equipped independent kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) is at your disposal to prepare your meals. For breakfast, you will find a toaster, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine.



The night area consists of 5 bedrooms. On the ground floor, two bedrooms: the first has a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm), a desk and a wardrobe; the second is equipped with two single beds (90x190 cm) and a dressing room. Upstairs, you will find three other bedrooms: one with two single beds (90x190 cm), and the other two with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a wardrobe.



The accommodation includes two bathrooms: the ground floor bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and a hairdryer, while the upstairs bathroom also has a shower and a hairdryer. A second independent WC is accessible on the ground floor.



A home office is located upstairs, perfect for working from home.



For added comfort, a washing machine and tumble dryer are at your disposal in the laundry room located opposite the entrance.
