Welcome to North Shore Lookout!

The Entire lower floor of a 6 story tall duplex up on a hill with an amazing view of DownTown. We are located within minutes of Stringers Ridge, Coolidge Park, The Aquarium, Bars and Restaurants and really everything Down Town Chattanooga has to offer.

The Hot Tub is fully functioning, Private and is only for our guests at Northshore Lookout. Because we are downtown and have neighbors close by the Hot tub is closed at 10pm to limit noise.

We can be as available as our guests require. We currently live in the other portion of the duplex. (No expense was spared in soundproofing) We are just steps away if needed.

We are at the foot of Stringers Ridge Hiking and Bike trails. Mike's Hole in the Wall Bar and Restaurant and Pizza Bros are both within 2 minute Walk. First Watch Breakfast, Edley's BBQ and Mean Mug Cafe are within 2 minutes Drive. The Walking Bridge, Coolidge Park, Aquarium and The Riverwalk are with 3-4 minutes drive. Publix and Whole Foods are within 2 minutes Drive and the neighborhood is quiet and Friendly.

North Shore Lookout offers 1500Sq ft of modern living including 2 King Beds, a fully equipped Kitchen, Hulu, HBO and Netflix available in every room, Fast Wifi, a large deck with a view and a 6 Person Hot tub to ensure full relaxation for our guests.

Restaurants, Bars and Grocery Stores are all within walking distance. Everything Down town will be within minutes drive. There is a free electric bus service that picks up at Coolidge Park and has multiple routs downtown if you prefer not to drive.

The Hot Tub is fully functioning, Private and is only for our guests at Northshore Lookout. Because we are downtown and have neighbors close by the Hot tub is closed at 10pm to limit noise.

What a great place to stay! Close to everything and far enough for privacy. I read almost all the reviews before booking and I was not disappointed. The host sent very detailed instructions on how to find the driveway and the stairs were manageable for my family. We loved seeing the lights on the Aquarium from the bedroom window. You could definitely tell there was a family on the floor above us, but they were respectful of the quite times listed. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The private hot tub was the reason we booked this place and it was perfect! We would definitely stay again.

Very large 2 bedroom property with a beautiful view of downtown. The king size beds were very comfortable! The large screen television was great for watching football. We will definitely stay here next time we plan a trip to Chattanooga.

Comfortable stay

The condo was very spacious, nicely decorated and located close to downtown. We loved the electric fireplaces in the bedrooms. Our kids loved the hot tub. We would come back and definitely recommend!

Mike's hole in the wall and so much more within walking distance. 15-20 min from everything else we wanted to do.The view from bedroom windows and porch are worth it alone. But then you add a hot tub, large, tall ceiling rooms and a comfy couch and we really didn't want to leave!

Good rental, good location

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay. Location is close to downtown but still felt very private. We enjoyed the private hot tub every night after doing some whiskey tours. Host was very responsive to any of our question. Definitely a good place To stay with a couple of friends.

Very stylish property

The owner was great. Very responsive to questions. He provided detail directions to the property and it was very nice condo. The beds were so comfortable!

Very clean

We had a great time getting away for a few days. The steps are a bit of a challenge lugging items from the car, but overall a great place. Enjoyed the spa. Check in and out was perfect.
