We had a lovely time at Fred and Cheryl's, clean, comfortable and pretty quiet place to stay perfect for us and our kids. Plenty of thougtful touches including a small easter gift surprising our kids. Recommend!

Very Nice Stay

The location is very close to everything downtown and only 8 minutes from the North Shore. In general we found the house to be in good shape and there were plenty of treats and amenities that the host provided above and beyond what would be expected. The beds are a little firm but nothing unmanageable. Overall great stay!

A True Home Away From Home

Have stayed at many vacation rentals over the years. This is the first one that truly felt like a home away from home as soon as we entered the cozy cottage. Very lovely recent renovation with beautiful decor and thoughtful touches of snacks, tea, coffee, water, wine, first aid items, personal care items, robes, etc. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet, with good sized off street parking spaces as well. We met the owners and they are delightful and kind. Really a wonderful place and will be our go to place for any other trip to Chattanooga.

Perfect Home & Location!!!!!!!!!I came to Chattanooga for a few nights with my daughter who was in clinical rotations at CHI Memorial Hospital during the snow/ice storm. (home is less than ½ mile from the hospital). This is the one of the most adorable, clean, and well-stocked with everything you can think of homes that I’ve stayed at. The hosts were amazing and kept in touch with us regarding the weather and even provided a backup WIFI option in the event the WIFI experienced issues (it did not). The porch does connect to the owners' house, but we had our own totally separate space (we never saw or heard them). Also, the property was already treated in preparation for the weather when we arrived. My only issue was that the weather was too cold so we could not sit outside and enjoy the large deck / porch area :)I would highly recommend this house for anyone wanting a cute cozy place to stay with amazing hosts. If my daughter needs a place to stay again in Chattanooga, I will definitely book this home.

Great Crash Pad Close to The Convention Center

I was in town for a convention and a buddy and I stayed at Cheryl & Fred's place. It was perfect. It was not in the chaos of the very center of town yet it was close enough for easy access to the very center of Chattanooga. We didn't spend a ton of time in the house but it was perfect for sleeping and getting ready for a long day of meetings in center city. The house was clean, welcoming, and well maintained. It had plenty of room for us and a well stocked kitchen to prepare breakfast in the morning. The fact that it provides ample parking was also helpful. It was easy to communicate with the hosts via text and they responded quickly. I'd stay there again if our convention returns.

Wonderful downtown cottage!

Cute and cozy!! This new little house is very well-appointed and has all the creature comforts you'd ever need! We felt right at home. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, amazing little extras in the 2 bedrooms, oversized utility closet has stacked washer/dryer plus iron AND steamer and other amenities... special touches too many to mention here. Decor style is a perfect blend of old & quaint and new & chic. The decked-out porch has heavy functional curtains, glass tables/chairs plus extra seating... perfect spot for morning coffee/tea/breakfast and evening relaxing. The porch connects with the owners' house, but during our stay we totally felt like it was our own space. Even though they aim for a contactless experience, our chance meeting of the owners was a delight, and we instantly knew why the home felt so peaceful and welcoming. This house was safe and comfortable, but it is on a busy street with moderate traffic. The living room is small and not conducive to group movie-watching; but cuddle up on one of the comfy beds with large TV on the wall and you're in business! Thank you, Cheryl and Fred, for going to such lengths to create a warm and inviting space for others to enjoy. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
