STUNNINGLY FURNISHED 30A home on the fantastic Emerald Coast.

A Beautiful 2 level home overlooking the forest. Not many homes in NatureWalk have a 2-car garage, but we do.
Our home has Upmarket furnishings, stunning upstairs and main Level patios, well equipped kitchen and 5 large TVs make our home a pleasure to visit for a family beach vacation. Great kitchen to make home cooked meals, and an upstairs TV area to play games. We are a 15-20 minute walk, a 4 minute golf cart ride and a 7-8 minute bike ride to the beach. The “Gathering Place” has 3 swimming pools, a hot tub, 2 grills, many pool lounge chairs, a bar area, multiple sets of chairs and tables and a fire pit. There is also a lovely kids playground.
NatureWalk has many miles of Nature trails.
NatureWalk is the best kept secret in the Greater Seaside area. We have 4 box fans in case our guests prefer to have blowing air on the patios during summer.

Beautiful home & great location

The property is gorgeous with all the amenities you could want including 6 seater golf cart, 9 bikes, beach chairs, toys, umbrella, beach towels and plenty of kitchen tools. Loved the screened in porches with swinging bed. Great communication from the host throughout.

Great Family Vacation

Had a great family vacation. Beautiful beaches and home. Kitchen has everything you need and even included items for small kids. Golf cart is great for trips to grocery, beach, restaurants and pool. The pool has two large grills. We took food down to the pool and grilled while the kids swam.

Great family getaway!

Wonderful home that all ages in our family enjoyed. Loved having the convenience of a golf cart and the kids enjoyed riding the bikes around the neighborhood.

Awesome stay!

Beautiful home, with a perfect location, close to pool, awesome neighborhood to walk, ride bikes or golf cart. Morning coffee on screened in front porch was a must. Loved our stay, Host was great!

Perfect location, perfect house

This home was perfect for our recent vacation in Seaside. All appliances and amenities are well kept and look brand new. The home is spacious and was more than enough to house our party of 7, ranging in age from 16 to “old enough”. This is our second year to stay in Nature Walk and we love it. It’s an easy bike or golf cart ride to the beach and our crew loved the trails and the pool. It’s also very quiet and peaceful. The hosts are very accommodating and very quick to respond.

Michel and Lesley were fabulous hosts. They were very fast to respond to any questions and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. Their house is beautiful and exactly as pictured. They exceeded our expectations and we look forward to staying again!

Relaxing family trip

We enjoyed our trip to Seagrove Beach. The house was perfect for both families. My daughter and I took advantage of all the wonderful places to walk each morning. We were just over a mile from the beach. She and I walked to Crepes de Solel in Seaside and they were amazing. The golf cart and bikes made getting around very easy. We loved the house and the area and would recommend highly staying there!

Great stay

We had an awesome vacation and loved the house. The owners were fantastic! We had a small issue and they had it fixed within the hour. The house was beautifully decorated and was perfect for our family of 8. We used the screened in porches the most! They were great place to hang out after long days at the beach! The house had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

This is the second time we have stayed in Nature Walk and we love this little neighborhood. Michel's home was great. Check in was easy. The house was very nice and clean inside. The golf cart made everything easy and fun. Will definitely book again! Thank you, Michel!

Spring Break 2023

We loved the house and location, super clean and well kept! Loved the golf cart, the bikes and beach toys. Great stay! My only suggestions would be the following: The bunk room only sleeps 2, not 4 as stated in the listing but we made it work. The house could use more towels & we wish it had a grill. But we would stay again for sure! Great job on creating a lovely home for a great family vacation!

Lovely Stay on "30a"!

This was our first visit to this part of Florida, and we couldn't have asked for a better home or hosts! I am so glad I picked Nature Walk, and this property in particular is simply lovely. You feel surrounded by beauty, both inside and out. The double screened in porches allow you to enjoy the outside no matter the weather - and the bikes and golf cart were wonderful ways to explore and experience the area. Michel and Lesly were amazing hosts - communicative and responsive, and very attentive. We used the neighborhood pool, and loved the shortcut path to public beach access! It is so peaceful here at night too. Thank you Michel and Lesly!

NatureWalk Gem

We have loved multiple homes that we’ve rented in NatureWalk. It’s a beautiful neighborhood filled with great homes. What really set this home apart was the owner. Great communication and very helpful. The included six-seater golf cart also streamlined our visit since we didn’t need to coordinate with a third party. No hesitation, book it.

Wonderful time!

We had the best time staying at Sea Breeze. Michel and Lesley were great hosts. They checked in with us throughout our staying to make sure everything was going well. Our party included 7 people. We had four adults and three children (3, 5, and 11). The house is spacious enough to move around comfortably. The house is beautifully decorated from the main living area to the bedrooms and even the porches. The kitchen is beyond fully stocked. They pretty have much anything you want/need in the kitchen. We enjoyed sitting out on the screened in porches when we weren’t at the beach. The house also comes with a golf cart which the kids loved. We used that daily to get to the beach, go out to dinner, or run to Publix (which is located right outside the neighborhood). The neighborhood the house is located in has an amazing community pool and small playground. We actually used the pool way more than I thought we would because we enjoyed it so much. Thank you Michel and Lesley! We had a wonderful time.

Good property with great owner!

Pros outweigh the cons with this property! On the positive side, the owner is very responsive. The two living areas worked well for us (5 adults, 3 children, one infant). Included golf cart overcame the long distance to the beach. Cookware in the kitchen was more than adequate. There was also a good selection of plasticware for children. Screened porches were great for relaxing. Nice neighborhood with an awesome pool! Cons: there were 17 Glade plug-ins! Even unplugging them didn't prevent our belongings from being saturated with a scent. There is no pantry to store groceries so don't overbuy until you get there. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom is shot and not comfortable. While there is two living areas, there's only comfortable seating for five people in each. Also, the ice maker was insufficient for our crew.

Look No Further~ Stay here!!

Amazing house and amazing location! Easy golf cart to nearby Publix to feed all your people!! Owners BEYOND accommodating with the most simple of requests!! They are exceptional!!! Extremely well kept neighborhood~ very quiet. Super easy to golf cart or bike to the public beach access. Can also drive; however, parking is a bit of a challenge at the beach access depending on how early your crew wakes up. House is stocked with six person golf cart, six bikes, pool chairs, two umbrellas, crab nets, and sand toys for the littles (we did not use those with teens). Seven beach/pool towels (super helpful not to bring with). We stopped by the pool almost daily on the way back from the beach. Very clean with a staff person on duty. Hot tub at this pool was used many times by our teens. Grill access at this pool area was wonderful! We used the grills three times. Clean~ and the staff person on duty was very helpful. Golf cart there with your meat~ House stocked with cooking supplies. If you are a crock pot lover, throw it in your car if driving, of course. :) We were there almost two weeks cooking for teens~ crock pot was the only kitchen item I missed. We learned a lesson to hopefully help all of you~ do not park your vehicle diagonal out front of the house with any part of your wheel touching the pine needles. We were towed in the middle of the night. Just not a fun way to wake up. That said, Nature Walk keeps things in order. Which is great. Oh, and the covered porches were a HIT!!
