We had a great stay and plan on going back in the spring. We loved the location and how easy it was to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The house was exactly as described and we had great communication with the host.

Beautiful condo

This was a beautiful condo located in the heart of Grafton. Easy walk to many restaurants and bars. Had a great girls weekend. The condo was very clean and very accommodating. We all loved it and would definitely stay again.

Great place for a long weekend. Located within walking distance to everything. Clean, quality furniture. Beds very comfy with new memory foam mattresses All beds in this unit are queens, but only suggestion would be nice for a King in the Master bedroom.

Bachelorette party

We had a lot of fun. The house was nice. Things weren’t as clean as they could be. The fans were gross. There was some hair in the shower. The sheets on the pull out couch weren’t changed. The cleaning company was advertised all over the place, so you would think it spotless.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We are sorry you were unhappy that the neighbor spoke with you about the vent fan in the bathrooms being left on all night and disturbing her. We have spoken with her and asked her to please get a hold of us with any issues she may have instead of the renter. We did refund the rest of your stay to make up for the discomfort you received from the neighbor. As for the TV’s we only have televisions in the living room and downstairs bedroom. We have it listed on our listing that way everyone will know the main and 2nd bedroom do not have televisions. We’re sorry your experience didn’t match your expectations. It was an uncommon instance and we’ll do better in the future.

Relaxing and great location

Perfectly located directly behind the Grafton Winery. The property is stocked perfectly. The adult couples each had a bedroom on the main level and the kids (young 20’s) shared the lowered level that had 2 queen beds. There was also a nice large deck to sit out every morning for coffee and watching the river over the winery. It was perfect and relaxing.

Retirement Getaway

Six retired teacher ladies enjoyed a short getaway to celebrate my retirement. Enjoyed the beautiful condo,scenery, the Loading Dock, Aerie winery and grafton pub! Along with lots of bottles of wine, game playing and storytelling for two nights. We’ll be back!!
