Welcome to your Grafton Escape! This condo is perfect for an individual's stay or for a few days escape for couples. The studio condo offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, living area with couch and TV, kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dining table. Enjoy an evening on the patio overlooking the outdoor pool, watching the SkyTour in your backyard pass by, and river views!

Walking distance from all Grafton has to offer: the Grafton SkyTour (which brings you to the best views in the area), bars, restaurants, wineries, Aeries Zipline, boat rentals from Grafton Marina and much more!
Or hop in your car and within minutes arrive at Pere Marquette for hiking and horseback riding, or Raging Rivers to enjoy a day at the waterpark! Sam Vadalabene Great River Road Bike Trail is a paved 20 mile trail from Pere Marquette to Alton, and in the winter months you can do Eagle watching or ice skate at the indoor ice rink at the Loading Dock. There is so much to do in and around this small river town!

Perfect for what we needed. Very clean and comfortable bed. Close to everything. Host is very pleasant and great communicator. Would definitely want to stay in this unit or the one above from the same host when return to Grafton.

Great location!

Perfect location! Easy check in instructions. It was very hot during our stay so we enjoyed having access to a pool to cool off for a bit.

Great spot!

This was perfect for our short stay. Clean, with everything we needed. Close enough to town to walk to the many things to do, but far enough to not hear them - very peaceful.

The location was great for food and entertainment... we could have walked everywhere if not for that Mulberry St hill lol... very nice place looking forward to coming back!

Just what we needed

Love the little place we stayed at small and comfy. We enjoyed Grafton and just needed a clean place to rest our heads. This was our first experience with VRBO. No problems at all.
