This is an excellent lodging option right in the heart of where you want to be in Grafton. Its got a beautiful unimpeded view of the river in both directions. Plenty of parking right in front of the unit. The ferry dock is 75 yards out in front of the property which is great for viewing while relaxing on the deck. It's not a big house. We had 4 people and that was just about right. 5 would work if someone took the couch but 6 would be difficult. Walking distance to anything in Grafton. We would stay here again without hesitation.
