Located across the street from the very popular, beachfront Palms Cafe, and just a half-block from the Gulf, plan to spend your next family beach vacation upstairs at Lazy Seagull Beach House! Inside, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen with a breakfast bar and all the appliances and accessories needed to prepare your favorite recipes, an adjacent dining table for mealtimes or family game nights, and an inviting living area with comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV for streaming your favorite channels. And outside, take a seat and feel the Gulf breezes while out on your furnished balcony or take a dip in the shared pool.

** The host does not guarantee stable wifi services at all times during your stay. This may also affect streaming services for televisions.

Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
