Sunny Dayz is a duplex townhome located a few steps to the Myrtle Street Beach Entrance. We are conveniently located close to the Village area and walking distance to some of St. Simons most popular attractions and restaurants. For larger family gatherings rent both Unit A and B. Our adorable townhome has been freshly painted and added new furnishings.

Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed (sleeps 2) and a bunk bed with queen size on bottom (sleeps 3)

Bathroom 2 – Ensuite to bunk and queen room.

Bathroom 3 – Main living level, half bath at entry

2 Fully equipped kitchens, 2 dining rooms, and 2 comfortable family rooms (TV) leading to the fenced in courtyards, with 2 gas grills and 2 outdoor showers.

Parking for 4 cars.

We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
