Skyline Luxury Condo

Three spacious bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms. Amenities include WIFI, pool, gym, central air. Extra bed available upon request. Only 2 minutes away from the best beach on the island Mullet Bay, casinos, restaurants, shopping at the Maho Village, and the world-famous plane landing experience. Car Rental available upon request. We are the all-around St. Maarten vacation package.

Neighborhood description
Aqua Marina has set the standard for residential resort living on St. Maarten. The gated development is committed to offering luxuries of the highest standard in an environment that nurtures a contemporary design. The simple sophistication is enhanced by a fusion of international influences, stunning views, contemporary architecture and exceptional amenities.

Aqua Marina is set on seven and a half acres of waterfront property at Simpson Bay Lagoon and consists of two condominium towers and 19 villas, all with breathtaking views of the lagoon and the Caribbean Sea.

Standard features in all Aqua Marina residences include luxury Italian porcelain floors, marble bathroom countertops, granite kitchen countertops, Whirlpool and KitchenAid appliances in the kitchens and laundry rooms, air-conditioning in all rooms, high speed internet access, satellite TV and telephones. There’s also a private marina with a total of 36 boat slips, which allows residents to enjoy the island’s many maritime activities.

Aqua Marina is a 10-minute walk to Maho Village, where guests will find a multitude of restaurants, duty-free shopping and Maho Casino Royale. It’s also only a five-minute drive to Princess Juliana Airport.

Getting around
St. Maarten is known as the "Friendly Island" and for this reason there is no way you can get lost. Renting a vehicle is safe, easy and a must. We offer exclusive discounts when you book at Dollar/Thrifty Car Rental or Sixt Car Rental just for staying with us.

Just came home from spending a week over Xmas 2025 at Skyline Luxury Condo. There were 6 of us total, 4 being our young adult children. We absolutely loved the condo. Tons of space - balcony off of each bedroom was great! 360' views of Saint Maarten. Our host was very informative when we arrived and was accessible via Whatsapp during our entire stay. Having use of a washer and dryer was great for beach towels every night. The kitchen was well appointed - has everything you need to get started, however limited provisions (spices etc.). This is not a criticism or complaint by any means - just know it has just enough of everything (toilet paper / paper towel etc.) to get you started. They do need to address the shower head in the second bathroom - the rainhead didn't work well and the whole system in that shower leaks everywhere (doesn't flow properly). Master bedroom shower was great! Beds, pillows and bedding were all super comfy!! Condo was super clean when we arrived! A few of our kids used the gym daily - no complaints. We really didn't use the pool much as we are beach/ocean people but it looked great! We all loved our stay at this condo and would go back to it no question. Thank you! Carol Ann & Family
