- Long Term Stays (stays over 28 nights): $125 per pet fee

- Short Term Stays: Housekeeping service is not provided during your stay but extra cleanings are available for a fee. For stays over 3 weeks a starter kit of supplies will be provided and will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed. $100

- Long Term Stays (over 28 nights): Total cleaning fee is $200 and a starter kit of supplies will be provided and will be up to the guest to replenish what is needed.
