Guest Access:
Exclusive use of the apartment, backyard, and garden. Self check-in via smart lock (4 front steps). Free on-street parking usually available nearby.

The host was truly amazing at responding to any concerns we had during our extended stay. I will say there was no comforter on the bed only 2 small sheets so I did have to go buy a comforter as STL gets chilly this time of year. There is an upstairs unit as well that you can hear everything from so might not be the best option if you need good sleep. The area is also not the best area in STL but we had no issues during our stay.

The access code I was given was invalid. When I reached out for help, I received a series of scripted responses that read more like an automated bot than a real person. These messages supplied more codes that also failed, along with instructions for alternate entry options (back door, lockbox) that were simply not there. At no point was the host actually available to assist. I was locked out, had to book a hotel at the last minute, and lost nearly 200 since Vrbo only refunded their small service fee. After the fact, I discovered other guests have reported the exact same pattern with this company. This doesn’t look like a one-off mistake but a repeated setup.

The property is outstanding with very nice updates and cute furnishings. However, the instructions needed for access, check-in and check-out were inaccurate and need to be updated to the specifics for that unit.
