A historical city landmark, the Summit Street Inn provides you with a unique opportunity to experience charming downtown Fairhope. Originally built in 1925 as the New Fairhope Hotel, the Inn has been tastefully restored and preserved. Situated between the Fairhope pier and the iconic Fairhope clock this location is unbeatable. The Inn is walking distance to downtown shops, eateries, art galleries, community events, the Fairhope Pier and beach, parks and walking trails on Mobile Bay. Parking is provided onsite for approximately four cars. There is a small luxury boutique under the roof, as well as service rooms, which are separate from the private residential space. We operate Tuesday-Friday 11am-5pm and are happy to assist our guests and answer questions and help find services as needed.

Beautiful Property-Must See

Very clean and everything was exactly as advertised. You will not find a better area. Shelley is a wonderful person, and her graciousness and class perfectly embody the area as a whole. Highly recommend.

Perfect for our daughters’ Destination Wedding

Girl’s Getaway

This house was the perfect location and size for a girl’s getaway weekend. The house is a block away from town and the pier is a quick walk away. We had a wonderful time!

I love to travel anywhere--a day at the beach or a quick trip to New Orleans--are easy favorites. I also travel to Europe twice a year to source unique items for my boutique. I am a Southern lady that finds simple pleasure cooking for family and friends. I enjoy trying new restaurants in my area, and on my travels. I use Yelp, Trip Advisor and various apps, even if I am at home. Fairhope won't disappoint and I look forward to sharing this wonderful town with you.
