Beautiful, comfortable, private and close proximity to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and downtown Bethany. Very relaxing and enjoyable time away from home. The outside shower and extra parking was very convenient.

We enjoyed our time at 208 4th street! The location was very convenient for walking back and forth to the beach and downtown area. The property was very clean and well-stocked with kitchen essentials and beach chairs, and the screen porch and deck were wonderful. The king and queen mattresses were comfortable, and the kids had no complaints regarding the twin beds. The master suite and queen bedroom were spacious, but the twin bedrooms were a little small and cramped, as were the common areas. In general the home could use some updates, and felt a little small for the price we paid, but the location is where the value is. We checked in after hours and had a small hiccup with accessing the lockbox to grab the key, but were able to get in contact with the after-hours service and gain access.

Everything was great except the master king mattress. Everyone was wonderful but the listing is confusing because it’s through the real estate co. Not VRBO. It was much more expensive this way.

Great location

Many nice features, including outdoor shower, location, two refrigerators is wonderful and screen porch. However, the mattress situation is not good and they need to be replaced.

Awesome house

We had a great stay at this house! Super cute and plenty of room for all. Wish sheets were provided as part of the cost. Favorite part was the outdoor shower and additional bathroom underneath the house!

Charming beach cottage

Our girls' book club stayed at Sea Legs for a long weekend in late April 2022. It's a very convenient location for access to downtown Bethany Beach and to the beach. We enjoyed our stay... Comfortable, perfect for 5-8 people, kitchen had all necessary items including a large table for eating and playing games. The twin beds were a little firm for some but the queen and king beds were comfortable. The house was very clean and the decor was perfect.

One of our best places yet

This one was in a great location and was all around solid. Had some beach gear onsite, comfortable rooms, good setup in the home, etc. We enjoyed our week there and would have rebooked for next season has we not had a conflicting vacation setup already. Will definitely keep an eye on this property for future rentals.

In general, the house was perfect clean and all the supplies we needed. We loved spending time in the screen room. I would stay again just for that. Overall great stay with clear expectations.
