The property was nice and the location was great. There was plenty of room to park without having to unhook my trailer which was very convenient. The dock area had plenty of room and the foam pads on the pilings were great with no worry at all of damaging the boat. I would definitely recommend staying here and plan to come back.

This house had everything we needed for our vacation. They have plenty of games for the family to play. The decor was very well thought out. The host responded very quickly to any questions we had and was very helpful and informative about the area. この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The first time I came to Matlacha I fell in love with it. I never wanted to leave the island and go back to the mainland. At that point I knew I needed a home here.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Guests with boats and jet ski's have told me they really like that this property has the LARGE additional side lot. It makes it possible for them to unhook their boat trailer and take off with their truck. The 100 ft. of seawall makes it possible to have more than 1 boat when traveling with a couple family's.
