Mid century modern design 2nd floor condo with tall ceilings and ample natural lighting! Well equipped kitchen with quartz counters, new stainless steel appliances and a beautiful gas stove. Two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Three balconies with beautiful mountain views. Four pools (two heated) and four hot tubs. Two tennis courts. Located within walking distance of multiple shops and restaurants, including the Purple Room (great happy hour!), Smoke Tree Plaza & Ralph’s Grocery Store. 7 minute drive to Downtown Palm Springs, 1 hour drive to Joshua Tree National Park! Per condo rules, minimum 1 month rental length. 1330 sq ft. (Property is newly relisted)

Great condo in convenient location
This condo is a very comfortable unit - large and well equipped with good appliances and comfortable beds. The street is quiet but centrally located for groceries and restaurants. The owner is responsive and very efficient. Highly recommended.

Could I keep this a secret ?
I’d really rather not share my impressions of this property. It’s that good and I’d like it to be available to me whenever I want to visit…. Aside from being a great place to stay, the owner Kathy is a gem.

Hummingbird Haven
This property has a nice, comfortable layout with three balconies in a convenient location in South Palm Springs. The view from the main balcony is great, with Bob Hope's iconic house on the mountainside in the background, and happy hummingbirds in the foreground! We enjoyed our stay very much and Kathy was responsive whenever we needed any help along the way. Our dog also quite enjoyed strolling around the beautifully landscaped neighborhood.

Great place, great location
Condo was everything we expected and more. Great location, quiet neighbourhood, beautiful grounds and pools. Main balcony was our favourite spot for many hours per day. Permanent residents and snowbirds so friendly and welcoming. Kathy was very quick to deal with any issues we had and went above and beyond to fix them. We would highly recommend this property for short or long stays.
