2 Bdrm, 2 Bath modern condo with WestElm furnishings, custom millwork and a fully stocked kitchen with Subzero Fridge and induction range. The living room sports leather furniture and large Flat screen TV. The primary bedroom features a King bed, Smart TV, balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom features a Queen bed, TV, desk, and balcony. One patio offers amazing Mountain Views while the other overlooks the community pool.
Mesquite Country Club offers an exceptional lifestyle, with multiple pools and spas, tennis and pickleball courts, and a scenic backdrop courtesy of the 110-acre Prescott Preserve. Officially established in 2025 by a coalition of local residents and lovingly protected by The Oswit Trust, the preserve adds a rare sense of openness and community.
