Misleading

Very deceptive listing, I believed I was renting a single family home. Price certainly reflected this and so did the property description. Pool was to be heated but was very cold all week. Things were not working properly. There was constant visitation by the owners (3x). Broken door that had access to the rear yard and pool. Very disappointed!

Not worth the money

First the pros: Unit was clean Close to the beach Cons: Super small for the price Advertised as heated pool and Wi-Fi the owner would not put the pool temp higher then 79 therefore we could never use the pool. Owner was rude when I told him my friend has a pool in the area and has it set at 85-90 he told me he has a friend and she doesn’t have a pool and she’s happy. Wifi was always spotty and never actually worked. For the money we pay it would be nice to have things work that were advertised! extremely over priced

Hidden gem

The owner was very pleasant and accommodating. It was just enough space for the two of us. The grounds were the best in the neighborhood and the whole property is very modern. It was located perfect on whichever direction you needed to go. The Siesta Key public beach only took us 8 minutes to get to with only three turns. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute little getaway

The apartment we stayed in was cute! It was located in a convenient area for going to the beach. It was clean which is always a plus. The pool was nice and warm and the whole feng shui of the place was just perfect! Overall we had a good experience

Great Stay in Sarasota

My wife and I had a great stay here, the property was clean and quiet and very close to just about everything that you would need or want to go to. We'll be back!
