You deserve a vacation, so forget your worries while staying in this spacious and serene space. Make sure to enjoy all the magic that Sarasota offers. While we require a minimum of four nights stay, you will for sure want to stay for longer in this peaceful resort. This is a charming cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, home. The kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs. The kitchen is accompanied by a spacious comfy living room and a beautiful backyard. Our fenced-in backyard is packed with lush flowers and palm trees to bring out that getaway vibe. The backyard also includes a nice patio area with a BBQ grill, and a nice outdoor dining area. If you chose to explore Sarasota, the area is covered in amazing restaurants as well as performing art venues. This home is the perfect getaway for friends and families.

Amenities; Cable, TV, High-Speed (Wi-fi) Internet,Pack-n-play and High chair(for our guests visiting with infants), Easy and convenient keyless entry system.

Nearby Grocery Store; Costco, Sprouts Farmers Market, Target, and Publix.

Beautiful Nearby Beaches; Siesta Key Beach, Nokomis Beach, Venice Beach, and Lido Beach.

Nature Getaways; Osprey Junction Trailhead, Bay Street Park, Marie Selby Botanical Garden, Oscar Scherer State Park.

Our Recommendations; While in Sarasota make sure to check out Lotsa Lobster, in our opinion they are the best place in the area for fresh fish and lobster.

Our Rules;
1. No drugs or noisy parties
2. Quiet hour from 10pm-7am
3. Pet 🐕are okay if at most 25lbs and at our approval.Dogs not allowed to be on the furniture. Sofa chairs or beds.
4. Pet charges are $80
5. An additional $20 charge per extra guest
6. No smoking inside, outside is perfectly fine as long as cigarette butts are not thrown on the lawn.

Annual Family vacation

This is a beautiful home and great location. The host is wonderful. Very attentive to details and everything you need on vacation. They responded quickly when we had questions. We had an issue with the air conditioning and they responded quickly. These are the nicest Vrbo hosts we have meet. Definitely five star experience all around.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It is obvious the owner takes great pride in providing a clean, well maintained, rental home. The decor was beautiful. The outdoor seating area and the landscaping was impressive. We highly recommend the property.

Fantastic

Our stay was amazing. What impressed me the most was how clean the Vrbo was and how amazingly stocked the house was. If we needed anything, the house already had it for us. It was lovely!

Lovely Home Away From Home Near EVERYTHING Sarasota

This is a very comfortable, extremely clean, and very well organized home with lots of amenities. We loved that it had a huge couch/smart TV for its central gathering place to watch movies and sports. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and had a terrific time. Agnes is the perfect host and we hope to return soon!

Amazing vacation rental

The rental was absolutely amazing. It was just as pictured. It was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Close to everything. My family had a wonderful time. The host was great and very responsive. Will definitely rent again.

Wonderful

Lovely, spacious, well-appointed home close to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc. Bikes, beach toys, games, outdoor space…the house has it all. The owner was simply terrific to work with! Our Thanksgiving vacation ended up being a service mission for elderly grandparents; we can’t imagine what the week would have been without a peaceful home to return to every evening. We hope to return for that vacation soon!

Perfect hideaway in Sarasota

This cute little house was the perfect hideaway for our initial visit to siesta key! We had plenty of time to visit for of the area of beaches because there are many close by and we never had to go out for anything because it was all there for us😊 Our Is accessible and took wonderful care of us! Spring Training w/ The Atlanta Braves

We traveled with friends to watch spring training with the Atlanta Braves. We enjoyed visiting the local beaches and touring the area. Our house was perfect! We loved everything about it especially the outdoor space. Our host Agnes was exceptional. We look forward to coming again.

Amazing

We came to Sarasota for my daughters 21st birthday. The house was simply amazing. The cleanliness and ambience were 10/10. We loved coming back amd relaxing after spending our days on the beach. We arrived to a beautiful home with excitement for the week ahead. Then we had to evacuate because of the hurricane. The host was amazing great communication. The home is absolutely amazing hoping to have the opportunity to stay here during calmer weather.

Thoughtfully Appointed

The property seems to be new, creatively fitted, clean and well maintained. It is conducive to a restful getaway. Everything works and the host is easy to deal with. It is convientily located with shops are near by.

Such an amazing house!

Beautifully maintained and decorated, equipped with everything you can think of for an enjoyable stay. Comfortable beds and amenities. Perfect location, less than 30 minutes in any direction to everything we needed - Sarasota restaurants, beaches, shopping. We can't say enough about the host, Agnes. So responsive and pleasant. No doubt we will return to this property again.

February rental in vamo

We stayed for the month of February 2024. We had a wonderful time and the house is everything it's advertised to be. Everything you need is there and the backyard is fenced and private and a nice place to sit out and enjoy the weather. Agnes is very nice and is a wonderful host. We enjoyed meeting her very much. We highly recommend it.

Best vacation rental ever!

The house was better than we expected and the photos do not do it justice. It was a pleasure to stay at this VRBO that was decorated perfectly, comfortable and well stocked. We enjoyed the back yard and screened in porch and loved that we could use the double garage. We took walks every day and the neighbors were friendly. The host has thought of EVERYTHING to make your vacation at her home easy and perfect. We will stay there again.

Sarasota for USMS Summer Nationals

We had an amazing long weekend at this property while down for a Masters swim meet. The house was pristine and super convenient to our venue. It was like new - clean, well appointed, and extremely comfortable. Our host was quick to respond when we had questions. Definitely will seek this one out when back for our next event! THANK YOU!!

Home away from home

We will definitely return next year. I think that statement says it all! This rental was so wonderful. We felt like we were home. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the whole house, to having everything we could possibly need. The home was cozy and the host was so kind! The location was very convenient and the neighborhood was quiet. If we could give it 10 stars, we would.

Fantastic Experience

I stayed here for 4 nights with my 15 year old daughter for a lacrosse tournament in Bradenton. The entire stay was fantastic and blew away my expectations. The house was the cleanest, most well stocked of any that my family and I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy. Agnes was extremely responsive, and I cannot say enough positive things to give our stay justice. The appliances, the beds, bathrooms, TVs, it was all top notch. I highly recommend and in coming years if my daughter plays in the tournament again or we have reason to be in the area again we will most definitely be booking again.
