Summary:

850 sqft house with a large backyard. The outdoor patio is 500sqft. Located in Naples Park, a safe and quiet residence. Walking distance to Vanderbilt Beach, tennis, library, medical facilities, Delnor-Wiggins State Park, boat launch, and the Mercato, an upscale mixed-use center, with dining, entertainment, and a Whole Foods market



The Space:

This house is on a double-sized lot that has another Airbnb rental on it. The backyard has an 8' fence for privacy. The oversized driveway is shared. You get the entire right side (the left side is for the other Airbnb).



Your home has a private entrance and parking space. Freshly painted, all brand new furniture and kitchen appliances. The bedroom has a new king size bed, extra sheets, and towels. It has a large walk-in closet with mirrors and a dresser. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need. Brand refrigerator with ice maker, new coffee maker, microwave, toaster, stove, and oven. Brand new washer and dryer. Brand new 55" TV with wifi, and a premium cable package.



The hot tub is for your use.



My insurance company requires me to say it is at “your own risk.” :-)



Getting Around:

Car or Uber. The beach and some shopping is walking distance. Bikes are available for you to use.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was immaculate, the yard was great for our dogs, and the hot tub was sublime. Bed, comfy, plenty of room, everything seems new, and the shower had awesome water pressure.

Perfect one bed and bath for two.

Property was well appointed. Hot tub, Weber grill, washer / dryer and all the necessities needed for a great vacation. Close to beach’s and downtown area. Two thumbs up!

Beyond Perfect

So convenient to the beach, dining and shopping in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Literally anything that you could need is provided. Just bring clothing and food. Loved the hot tub. Both owner and property manager were extremely attentive. We hope to return.

Weekend getaway

Very nice stay. Loved the neighborhood, the location and proximity to everything. We walked to the beach, walked to some shops nearby. We had a car but enjoyed being able to walk places. Interior was nicely done and has everything you need. Newer furnishings and appliances, everything. The mattress was excellent. We'd go back!

Very cool place!

My wife and I, along with our small dog, were looking for a nice place in neighborhood close to the beach! We found it! This place is completely redone. Everything is new. 10 minute walk to the beach. Great backyard that is fenced in. Mark was super easy to work with. My wife and I had a great 4 night stay. Highly recommend this place.

We did not get to stay in Naples. Circumstances required us to return to MD on 29 February. I notified the owner on 28 February, but have had no acknowledgment from him. I only selected rating stars to get this to submit.

Naples Goldmine

We could not have been any happier with our 1-bedroom house; it was, literally, perfect, when considering quality, location and price. It's technically a duplex, however the owners have done a masterful job of totally isolating the two sides to where we felt we were in a stand-alone house (which I felt we actually were!). The backyard has a gorgeous and huge paver deck, with a very nice designer pergola over a portion of it. Thus, the shaded area is perfect for activites in the shade...as is the other portion for sunbathers. The house itself is extremely roomy, relative to most 1-Bedroom rentals, with nice tile floors, an open floorplan, upgraded amenities, and nice attention to detail. It had an appealing, open floorplan. Many extras were included at no extra cost, including bicycles and all beach necessities, as well as tons of necessities like shampoo, TP, paper towells, etc. And with so many snowbirds bringing their furry friends (aka cats and/or dogs), this unit is all the more appealing. Oh, and not to be forgotten, the neighborhood is extremely nice and of course quite safe. And...a wonderful public beach is just a walk of about 6-blocks. Upscale shopping and restaurants area readily available throughout the area. And lastly, the owner is extremely responsive and helpful in all aspects.
