Our beautiful and cozy 2-bedroom home is located just minutes away from the best destinations in San Antonio. We are within walking distance to the Alamodome & Alamo Beer Company. Take a quick ride and be right in the heart of downtown San Antonio. Our home is very close by to the Pearl, Hemisfair Park, the River Walk, and the AT&T Center with easy access to the highway. Enjoy the amenities in the comfort of our home, as well as the convenience of being near the best hotspots in the Alamo City.


• Our place is great for families, couples, professionals, or group a of friends.
• Rest comfortably in the cozy rooms equipped with closet space and plenty of storage.
• Our home features two full bathrooms; one of them located in the master bedroom.

The house we stayed in was redone very nicely. Huge master bedroom. Neighborhood was not one we felt safe enough to walk around in (that would be to get exercise as not close enough to any restaurants or riverwalk). Nice back yard with table and chairs where we sat and played games in the afternoons we were around the house.

The title of the listing is a little much as in I wouldn’t say it’s luxurious by any means. We did make the best of it with a family of four but we it was not that big of a place for a family. Take away the backyard which look like a gravel road and was surrounded by dilapidated housing in a rough looking neighborhood. Did we have a problem with anybody or anything no but my wife and I didn’t feel comfortable letting the kids play in the backyard or front yard. Also the living room area was very small with only one couch and it was very uncomfortable there should have been at least an easy chair next to the couch so an adult could have that option. Also I didn’t like that there was one television for the entire house should have been something in the bedrooms in my opinion we don’t any watch the same things. The best part about this place is it’s like 10 to 15 minutes from everything in San Antonio that you would wanna do with a family while visiting there. I did give this place five stars which I don’t think I’m not overreacting either way and I don’t wanna ruin anyone’s business, but in my opinion for a family other than the close proximity to the tourist stuff to stay in the house for a long period of time was tough cause I have 11 and 14 year-old that get antsy and wanna go do something with mom and dad wanting to relax it would’ve been nice to let them go hang out in front/outback of the property or go in their room and watch television on their own. San Antonio was fun.

This place is close to everything. I thought the neighborhood was questionable but we didnt have any issues. We pulled our cars behind the fence into the back yard. The coffee pot is the tradition drip style. I brought K cups but adapted. The towels were fluffy and the beds are comfortable. There is a lack of relaxed seating in the living room. The couch which doubles as a futon was hard and only really seats 2.We did get in a few games of Uno with the deck. Overall, this is great lower cost option! We had a great time.

Perfect for a staycation or weekend getaway

We booked this property at the last minute and were not disappointed. The location is prefect and very close to tons of options for dinning and exploring. The property manager was prompt in responding to messages and overall the house and our stay was very enjoyable. We definitely recommend this cute house to anyone else looking to stay in San Antonio!

Relaxing, peaceful stay

5 minutes away from downtown San Antonio, this house was perfect for our weekend excursion. Communication with the property owner, Rocío, was excellent. Check in instructions were simple and detailed, the house was very clean and spacious, we might stay here again with the family. Overall, very pleased with our stay and will consider returning in the future.

Inside was modern and very clean. Outside wasn’t quite as nice, if you care about such things. The property is close to a railway and the train horns at night were a bit annoying. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay.

Great house

My family and I wanted to stay in a house close to river walk and the Alamo. This place had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. Loved all the little touches and tasteful decor without being overwhelming. The beds were very comfortable and Rocio was nice enough to let us leave our things before we checked in. We walked to the river walk in 15 minutes. The only concern is the neighborhood is a little dodgy but we felt safe. Rocio was very attentive and responded to all my messages quickly. She also gave us excellent restaurant area recommendations in the Pearl district. We had a great stay!

Very clean, comfortable house.

My impression was negative when we drove up because the front yard was nothing but weeds. Once we were in the house I was very impressed with how new, clean and well appointed it was. We brought soccer balls for the kids to play with in the backyard and planned on an Easter Egg hunt, but were unable to do that because of the weeds in the backyard.

Riverwalk house

Neighborhood was loud and sketchy. There were ants through the house I was stung multiple times on my feet when I was using stove. Was disappointed I had to be an exterminator so we could be comfortable bites were very painful

Hi Jesse! I’m very sorry you were uncomfortable in our home. Concerning the situation about the ants, I was not aware of the situation. I did not receive any message from you regarding that. If I had known about the situation, I would have been happy to do something to help. It is always best to let the host know about any ongoing situation so that it can be resolved in the appropriate manner. As per the neighborhood being loud and sketchy, i’m a bit surprised by that. No other guest has ever had a problem with our location, nor complaints about noise. Above all, we strive to give our guests a very comfortable and pleasant stay. We hope that you and your family had a great time in San Antonio!

Location was central.

The location of the property was close to all local attractions that we wanted to see. It was close to the airport and so after traveling all day, it was nice to be near our lodging. There is a grocery store near by, which was convenient. Communication with the owners was good as they responded immediately after sending a message to them. It was a very stay at the residence for our short vacation.

Great Weekend Getaway
