This impressive 2nd Row Ocean Home, located just one house away from the beach, has been specially designed and built for vacation rentals. With seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, this spacious property can accommodate up to 20 people, making it perfect for large gatherings.

Inside, the home features a Great Room that includes a fully equipped kitchen with a center island, breakfast bar, living room with a 60" flat screen TV, and a dining room. There is also a sitting area with an additional 52" flat screen TV.

The Main Floor (2nd Floor) includes the Great Room, a living room with ample seating and a 60" flat screen TV, an open-concept sitting area with an additional 52" flat screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with double ovens and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen island has a breakfast bar with four bar stools and the dining table seats eight. A spacious screened porch with a large picnic table for additional dining is located just off the kitchen.

The Main Floor also has three full bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed, 32" flat screen TV, and a private bath with shower. Bedroom 2 has two twin beds, a 15" flat screen TV, and a shared bath with a tub/shower. Bedroom 3 is furnished with two twin beds, a 21" TV, and a hall bath with tub/shower. This level also has a full bath next to the kitchen.

On the 1st level of the home, downstairs, there is a 4th bedroom with 4 twin beds, a private bath with shower, and a sitting room with a 52" flat screen TV.

Upstairs, on the 3rd floor, there are three additional bedrooms. Bedroom 5 has a king bed, 32" flat screen TV, and a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub and shower. Bedroom 6 features a queen bed, 26" flat screen TV, and a private bath with shower. Bedroom 7 has a king bed, 42" flat screen TV, and a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub and shower.

The 3rd floor also has an open concept sitting area with a sleep sofa, a 42" flat screen TV, and access to a private balcony. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property.

Outside, the Premier Beach Home features a large private pool measuring 18' x 35', a poolside spa, an outdoor grilling area, and a covered outdoor entertainment area with a refrigerator, gas grill, dining table, sink, and microwave. Heat for pool/spa is additional.

Guests of 8 Kingfisher are only a few steps away from the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The home is located in North Forest Beach and is an easy walk or bike ride to Coligny Plaza, where visitors will find over 60 shops and restaurants, a movie theater, a grocery store, and the popular Duck Pond. The property is also conveniently located to all of the amenities that Hilton Head Island has to offer, including shops, dining, water sports, eco-tours, sunset and dinner cruises, four marinas, and 12 miles of pristine beaches.

Please note that parking is limited to six vehicles, and no street parking is allowed. Smoking/vaping is prohibited on the property, and pets are not allowed. Free WIFI is available, and the property sleeps 20.

The house was beautiful! We could see the ocean from many places throughout which was so serene. We had several questions that were addressed immediately by James. The pool was amazing and enjoyed by all. Access to the beach was right there and so convenient. Awesome sunrises and sunsets! Plus the location to shopping and dining by bikes was so convenient. We all left feeling rejuvenated! Thanks for a great time!

Great house close to the beach

The house/pool were incredible for a larger group of friends. Extremely convenient walk to the beach, and the house was equipped with plenty of beach chairs/toys. Highly recommend!

Excellent house for a large family or group, well furnished with plenty of kitchen dishes and tools. All loved that the beach was only a 2-3 minute walk. Pool also excellent especially with the late afternoon shade. Just a terrific house and location. We highly recommend and will be back!

Kingfisher…..Back where it all started

Great property- newly renovations excellent size pool- even provided chairs boogie boards and toys for the pool- plenty of ample space if you just wanted to get away for a few moments Balcony’s all with a ocean view - we even able to accommodate some last minute requests - Will surely recommend and stay again-

Beautiful house and perfect location

We absolutely love this house. We had 11 people staying and there was more than enough room for everyone. We could walk back and forth from the beach to the house very easily! We also could walk into town! We saw lots of fireworks on the beach for 4th of July! The pool was huge and we grilled out almost every night. We Definitely would love to come back!

The location to the beach, just across the street was perfect. It was just a short walk or bike ride to Coligny, which we enjoyed to do several times a day. The pool are was our favorite part, a great size pool and hot tub and large hangout/outdoor dining space. We spent hours everyday at the pool. James from the agency was wonderful to work with, a reason I would absolutely rent from him again. Our family had an amazing vacation and will absolutely be renting this property again ! Thank you for a Wonderful family vacation !!!

Reviewer Comments: We had a few minor problems that were addressed by Jim from HHR such as TV not working and electrical outlets in kitchen and one master bath not working. We also attempted to get the lights and jets in the spa working but no one from HHR knew the location of the switch. They should have contacted the owner but didn’t. Overall we had a great experience and would return.

We texted and called on at least 5 occasions asking for the trash to be picked up. We never got a response. When we arrived two of the three cans were full. We ended up with a pile of garbage that animals were getting into.

A great spot for a large family vacation!

We have been going on a family vacation for the past 27 years in the summer with my husband’s large family of 19. We now range in age from 20-80. It is often hard to find a house to accommodate everyone with sleeping, areas to gather to eat and play games and not be on top of each other. This house is one of our all-time favorites!We loved the large living rooms, dining table and porch table for eating, the pool was large with lots of lounge chairs in good condition, most bedrooms had their own bathroom, beds were comfy, house was well maintained and the best part was how close it was to the beach…literally steps away. We have always stayed in Sea Pines but this house was in a great island location as well. It is not near the public access or condo areas so there is plenty of room at the beach to not feel crowded. Although we always cook at home, there are lots of great restaurants close by. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals at home. Having two refrigerators (one on first level) is especially nice. We had a minor issue with the pool and the management company was quick to respond. Check in and out was a breeze and communication was easy. A truly exceptional family vacation!

Overall the house itself was great. The pool filtration system did not work and had not been cleaned before our arrival. Also we weren’t able to use the spa as we couldn’t turn on the heat. We had sent numerous texts to try to solve the issue but it was not fully fixed. They tried to use a temporary system but we weren’t really sure how safe it was to be swimming in it The air conditioning had not been service before we came and one of the units did not work. They came late on Saturday night to fix it which shouldn’t have had to happen. We asked someone from management to come and talk to us about the situation but no one responded to our request.
