"Low Tide" - The Grand 2104

Known as "Low Tide', this condo is trend forward decorated. This ground floor 1 bed / 1 bath studio condo is located in the heart of the SanDestin Golf & Beach Resort directly next to the happening area called The Village.

Just steps away, The Village has everything from gourmet restaurants, bars, boutique shopping, and fun activities for the kids like rock wall climbing, zip lining over the lagoon, ropes course and much more!
The SanDestin Golf & Beach Resort showcases four championship golf courses with dedicated shuttles to and from the beach.

This 500sq ft ground floor studio features tall 14' ceilings, large king-size bed, along side a queen-size sleeper sofa comfortably sleeping up to four adults. The dedicated living room has a mounted Smart flat screen TV and walks out onto a private patio with seating for four.

As you enter the condo, to your right, is the full bathroom with shower/tub combo. The kitchenette is equipped with both a Keurig and traditional coffeemaker.
This condo has covered garage parking with a laundry facility available to all guests on the first floor.

*Included dedicated tram service with each rental. Two around the resort and one specifically to and from the beach.
*We provide additional trash bags and laundry pods for our guests.

All guests will have my direct number and can call/text/email me anytime should you have questions about or during your stay.

The SanDestin Golf & Beach Resort has four large heated pools and many hot tubs sprinkled throughout the resort.
A variety of resort amenities are available to guests, some at a small additional cost. Everything from Tennis, golf, water sports, biking, boating, arcade & laser maze tree house, putt-putt, carousel, beach bonfires, among many live events!

Car recommended.
**All Renters must be 25 or older (except for children with adults)
**Photo ID will be requested to ensure renters are of age
***7'2" max height in the underground parking garage. There is uncovered parking right outside of the entrance to the underground parking.

Great place and perfect location

Had a quick weekend trip and the room was great, tall ceilings were impressive! Loved being on the first floor and being able to walk to restaurants and entertainment.

Spring Break 2024

The location is wonderful- I didn't realize that you could walk to Baytowne Wharf in a minute. We took many trips there and spend 90% of our time on the property. The hot tubs were great. The pool was cold, but normal for late March beautiful and our kids still swam in it. The room was about the size of a standard hotel room. It was tight, but that is what we expected and the tall ceilings made it feel larger.

Great location, room just okay

Room was not at all clean like we had expected. There was sand in the sheets, mold and mildew on shower liner, door knobs were falling off and bed was extremely uncomfortable. Great location but would recommend a different room.

A week of total relaxation!

We can’t say enough about the prompt and professional reaction to a lock problem upon arrival. Our manager resolved the problem within an hour and from then on our stay at Low Tide in the Grand Sandestin was wonderful! Clean, beautifully appointed, and comfortable describes the studio and we hope to return again soon!

Ricky and Carrie’s Vacation

Beautiful and exciting place. Everything you need is here and you never have to drive yourself. Once you’re parked and checked in, you no longer need your vehicle. The Village within the resort is great. They have everything on a beautiful walk from your room. The beach was beautiful and you just jump on the shuttles which constantly bring you back and forth. They will bring you to different locations also. We were fortunate to be there on May 28th for the fireworks display. It was an awesome show. Live bands. We had a great vacation being here.

Great for Mobility-Impaired

Me and my 8yo were joined by my elderly mother and this was perfect. She can’t walk long distances so we pull right up to the hotel entrance and drop her off. This room is 1st floor with balcony facing pool so she watched us from the balcony. A shuttle took us to the wharf for dinner and to the beach so she was able to participate with the family.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay at Low Tide! The property is conveniently located on the ground floor and has a very spacious covered outdoor sitting area. It was a nice place to stay for a few nights away with my husband. We will definitely be back!

Condo was very nice & as described. In its own little community. Nice shopping/dining village just a few blocks from your door. A little confusing at first to find it.

Perfect Baytowne Wharf stay

This property is 5 star. Location is perfect for Baytowne events and activities. Everything about property is as described. We will definitely stay again at Low Tide or any other of Michael's properties.

Anniversary Trip

We just loved staying there! The Low Tide room was beautiful as pictured. Instructions were clear and concise to get there and check in. Communication with management was great! Had an issue with a missing Keurig machine that was quickly resolved...🙂 Such a beautiful resort there and we look forward to the next time!

Clean and Cozy

Clean and Cozy property! If you’re looking for a quick getaway for 1 or 2 this is the perfect place. The location is very convenient to food and beaches. There’s also a pool just steps away. I highly recommend booking this one.

Nice, open studio room

Rented for my spouse and me, 2 children under 5. The studio room was really nice! One big open room, with plenty of daylight from large windows. Nice touches like board games and regular coffee maker. Beach buckets, chairs, and float were in a closet. That was a nice addition for people that don't want to pack their own. Decorated well, and visually appealing. King bed comfortable, pullout couch was fine for the kids. Would stay again!

Cute Condo in the Perfect Location

Very pleased with my stay at Low Tide. So cute and the perfect location on the property. Easy access to the pool, village and parking. Shuttle service was a bonus for beach days. Property manager was very responsive to inquiries.

Perfect getaway! Modern decor that is functional. Great location next to pool and hot tubs. 2 minute walk into the village. Everything you need for a quick getaway! Love the patio for evening drinks and relaxing. Great value - book it before it gets away!

EXCELLENT- BEYOND EXPECTATIONS

Everything was beyond expectations. Updated property with modern decor. Many extras to make you feel at home including K cup machine, beverage fridge, beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Amazing location to the Baytowne Village - parked my car and never left. I will rent here again!!!!
